I’m very impressed, it has made such a difference to my sofa and it’s made me realise how poor quality the original filling was. I called up a month or so ago and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I had to wait a few weeks (it does mention the turn around on the site so this isn’t a negative thing) and they took care of filling the covers I sent in and return postage. Would highly recommend and i’m pretty certain rest if my family will be using foam4u at some point. Thanks for making my sofa comfortable again 🙌

I've used Foam4U a few times now and it's now my go-to online shop for upholstery supplies. Have so far received a big bag of foam crumbs for stuffing pouffes, and a bulk load of foam sheets and wadding to re-do a sofa. Shipping is quick and goods always arrive in good condition.
Produces fit my needs and, as a DIY reupholstered, the prices and service are perfect.
I also love the dispatch email that says they are excited about sending the order as I am to receive it... This makes me giggle every time as I REALLY like getting big post!

I ordered a custom sized mattress for a bed for my son. I spoke to Cy at Foam4U who guided me on the best options for materials and cover. Mattress was delivered on time and the quality is outstanding. My son loves it and it fits perfectly into the space. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Thrilled with the results, our two sofas are like new! Ordered on the Foam4U website Monday afternoon, after carefully measuring the original cushions and following their guidance. New cushions arrive Thursday, well packaged. Volia - 15yo sofas looking like new! Very comfy (memory foam + medium density foam sandwich, with the thicker Dacron) and we've been using them for several weeks now and they're still perfect (the cushions and Foam4U), as they didn't prompt for a review, but their quality of product and service deserves these 5 stars!

Wide range of products and good quality. Ordered three separate orders (one for a friend when she saw how good the foam was!) and they were all despatched very quickly. Very pleased with the service.

It’s 4 of October and ordered on 23 of August. I never received my order. I emailed their customer service for a refund. I’m awaiting a reply.

Foam4u have been so helpful - something went wrong with my order and Si was just so focused on putting it all right and making sure it was sorted. Service is first rate and the company is highly recommended.

The company offer a wide selection of items each with specific guidelines for their use. Measuring abd listing's were very easy, as you input your required measurements into Foam4u tool and it tells you the precise cost for what you require. This makes ordering to a budget easy, no guess work at all. Great service, delivery and communications.
Customer care are helpful and efficient, as i realised after ordering and paying I had forgotten to add protective netting. I contacted them within the hour and it was no problem. This was immediately added to my order at no additional cost. Thank you for such a great product and service.

This is such a brilliant company to deal with. I phoned the company and was answered by a very friendly person, Si, who was really helpful. We went through the type of replacement cushion I needed and I sent off the cushion cover for Foam4U to make the measurements. I heard back really quickly as to the cost which included postage.
I received the new cushion and cover within a couple of weeks and I was so pleased with the result. The seat cushion fits back in the sofa perfectly and the sofa looks like new again.
I would thoroughly recommend Foam4U with regard to their customer service and their manufacturing service.

I originally ordered the entirely wrong foam for my sofa, thinking I knew what I was doing on the website (spoiler… I didn’t), and after emailing the team, Helen came to my rescue and she couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out a new order for me, from start to finish. The foam now fits my sofa perfectly, and looks brand new again! Fantastic customer service, fantastic company, give Helen a raise!!

I have back problems (like most of us whose youth is in the rear view mirror) so use a lot of memory foam. A lot of my cushions are filled with memory foam as they support my back, pillows, mattress etc. I used to buy foam crumb from market places (ya know, the rainforest one and the auction one) but those sites have become infested with drop shippers who sell on cheap Chinese tat. That became evident when the memory foam I bought from them turned out to be high density foam.

So I decided to buy British. Not in the Farage way but in the trust a reputable company with a history and people you can actually talk to way. I’m glad I chose foam4u. First of all I actually received 100% memory foam crumb (they didn’t try and sneak some cheap foam in there). Second their prices are really competitive. I got a 10kg bag for 25% cheaper than elsewhere. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Pro tip, if you have a beanbag swap out the beans for memory foam crumb. It’s been a game changer! All the fun of a bean bag, all the comfort of foam that my 50 year old bones need.

Pleasantly surprised with the speedy delivery! Quality was excellent and was exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is also superb, as I had a few questions before my order and they were so helpful.

If you're looking for any custom seating, this is absolutely the place to go! Would give it 6 stars if I could.

Good replacement cushions.

No complaints about the service but paid a lot of money for a thin bit of foam which has not provided any comfort from hard beds. Bought to replace some old foam I’d dug out of the loft and cut up myself but it turns out that the latter provides a lot more comfort and I’ve wasted £70. Gutted

Requested a tailor-made 5cm deep memory foam mattress topper with removable zipped cover for our campervan bed, which is slightly smaller than a queen size bed. I am so pleased with the result. The quality is excellent and the ordering and delivery process was very efficient. The mattress arrived within the specified 21 working days. We've used it for a 3-week tour of France and it's made sleeping in the van so comfortable. Great service, thank you so much.
