Karl explained the issue clearly and what needed to be done . He also wanted to make sure that we could get hot water until the boiler is repaired .

After first contact an appointment was made. It was confirmed by text then email, and kept to with an additional text prior to arrival. Performed annual service and was curious and informative.

Needed our boiler serviced before winter. This company were quick to respond, gave good recommendations and were very reasonable in their prices. They were on site when agreed and tidied up the site so we never knew they'd been here. We would highly recommend if looking for any work to your home.

Karl diagnosed and sorted an issue with the thermostat in our house, as well as sorting the bath taps out. Quick, efficient, tidy and friendly service. Will definitely use again in future. All working well.
