Heater refused to turn on before Christmas, so I called EFW and they came out to me very quickly and was very friendly, and got my heating working again . Ive been worried about turning the heating on again after the summer , but due to cold September I’ve put it on and my house is lovely and toasty with no signs of problems . I will def use again .

Karl provided a fast, friendly and reliable service.
Karl sourced replacement radiators for our lounge, took off old ones and fitted the new ones. He was upfront with the cost and did not overcharge. Very reasonable priced. I would recommend Karl and will be using him for any future work.
