I strongly advise people to be very careful with this shop. Based on what I found, this looks like a highly suspicious online store and, in my opinion, not trustworthy.

During my research, I found a UK Companies House registration for EZONE GLOBAL LTD, registered on 23 July 2025 at 54 Kingswood Road, Ilford, United Kingdom. I also found company information for EZONE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Despite these registrations, there are serious red flags surrounding this operation.

What concerned me most is that there appear to be many different domain names linked to the same Ezone Global network. These include ezonesglobal.com, ezoneglobal.us, ezoneglobal.com, ezonesglobal.com, ezone.me, ezonepro.shop, and ezglobe.us, along with other very similar domains. Many of these sites seem to use nearly identical website layouts, product listings, payment systems, and contact details.

Several scam detection websites have given these domains extremely low trust scores, in some cases between 0 and 18 out of 100, which is a major warning sign.

My overall impression is that this may be part of a larger network of suspicious online shops operating under different names and domains. I would not recommend buying from them.

does not meet the delivery deadline. There is no easy way to contact the company. It does not allow you to cancel the order easily as it happens with amaon, you have to wait for an email that never arrives, and if you try to contact them, they never respond

I bought a phone for 165.29 Euros (paid with credit card) from eGlobal Central (España): Pedido #7143823 and I never got it!

The order was done 13th November 2018 and I still did not get my money back.

Definitely a fraudulent company - stay away, don't buy from them anything even if they try to fish with cheap prices.

The 12th of December of 2017 I bought a camera (302 Euros) - 4 MONTHS ago - and I still not received anything. I am waiting for their response but they don't answer me back. I have bought the camera the 12th of December and I don't have received anything today, 8th of April. I want my money back, it's so much money, 302 EUROS. I can not call them, just write them through ticket, in this way they don't answer me.

I ask immediately for a resolution of this case.

Really bad costumer service, cheaper then everywhere but cheaper for a reason. I did eventually receive my order but after more than 1 month of waiting and more than 4 emails they never responded to, except the one I send to cancel my order that was promply followed by 'You can cancel because we've just send your order out' The next day receive a mail my order was finally dispatched.

I don't believe they are a scam because I did receive my order eventually, I'm giving them a 2 star review for the horrible communication and costumer service. Will never buy here again!

P.s.: Plugs had adaptors for EU plugs but not original ones!

I ordered a moto g4 mobile from this company. I thought it was a Spanish company but it is based in Asia. When the package arrived there was NO mobile phone in the box, only charger and instructions. I think I have lost my 200€, never again.
