A very very bad company

I purchased a Galaxy Note 5 from this company and after a while the screen started to bleed , as the phone was under warranty I got in touch to return it and was told the only way I could do this was by taking out a ticket no.. After a week or so I was told to return the phone to an address in the UK where it would be examined by their technicians to see if it had water transgression or had been dropped, neither of these things had happened and they agreed it was a Samsung fault.. it should be noted at this point that the warranty does not apply to Samsung but is E Globals warranty this applies to all goods sold by them.. They then returned the phone to their headquarters in Asia to be repaired by their technicians no tracking information was given so I had no idea when the phone was actually sent or in fact received , after several weeks and endless emails the phone was eventually repaired and returned to me.. Up to now this had taken nearly 3 months, to cap it all the phone arrived without the S pen and reverting to emails once again to complain was told I must have dropped it whilst unpacking the phone, it can,t just fall out as it is locked in and has to pressed to release it ( This company would be world beaters in excuses and fob offs) I did manage to purchase a replacement S Pen for £18 pounds and they wouldn,t even have the decency or curteousy to reimburse me.. I would advice people against dealing with this company.. There warranties are their own and not the manufacturers of the products purchased.. Final word "BUYER BEWARE" especially E global !!!!!

Very slow delivery

I don't know if it's just my bad luck, but it took a very long time to deliver my order, in fact it has not even arrived yet...
I have been waiting for two weeks, with a promised delivery of six days...
What I find annoying is they do not inform you as to where the stock is (they just say "in stock"), but is that"in stock" in Europe or in China, or elsewhere? who knows...
Not very good at replying to emails either.

Outstanding service!

I purchased a pair of Sony MDR-1A headphones from this company on Sunday August 21st at approximately 8:00 PM CST. Of course Hong Kong is 13 hours ahead of us here in Chicago. When I was having my morning coffee Monday morning I received a phone call from DHL to inform me that I was to expect a package on Monday which required a signature. Throughout the delivery process I was able to monitor the delivery of my purchase and they arrived today, Wednesday August 24, 2016 in absolutely perfect condition. This is a $300 pair of headphones which shipped FREE from Hong Kong and I paid NO TAX. Better yet, they cost me $169 plus a bit shy of $4 for insurance. They sound fabulous and I have nothing but praise for this company. I will do business with them again, most assuredly.

Poor customer service

Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me.
However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. Instead they took a long time to respond to any communication and each time rejected the claim and said it was my problem.

Moral of the story is that they may be cheap but you've got to hope that nothing happens to your product as it is more than likely that they will not honour the warranty

Unacceptable

I've ordered a Canon EOS M3 + lens 50-200 mm. I've got only the camera and still waiting for the lens as well as the invoice and guarantee of the goods delivered. After several mails and pictures send to eGlobalcentral and 10 days later of my claim no solution yet, just answers which seem to be made by a computer.
Avoid this website, no trustable

Beware, fake products, fake Canon PowerShot S120

We've bought a Canon PowerShot S120 through eGlobal Central. The code is CCDCCAN00200M and the price 244.99 €.
After only one month barely used the paint started fading and falling apart. It hasn't affected the digital functions yet but the buttons are barely visible and the camera's appearance is now of a very poor condition. I've got a 30 years old Canon camera that looks way newer than this one. It's simply unacceptable and very disappointing.
eGlobal central customer service has not been useful at all. In fact they have rejected our case stating that it doesn't affect the camera's functions.
We then decided to contact directly Canon and we were shocked to learn that this camera has no serial number printed in the camera itself which makes us believe it's not authentic.
However we were more surprised to learn that Canon literally said that this specific camera we bought "was not conceived for the European market", which implies that not only Canon is aware that poor quality items are being sold under Canon PowerShot S120 name in Europe but also that they have different qualities for its different markets.
We feel ripped off. Not only we learned that eGlobalCentral sells poor quality items likely to be fake ones, but also Canon allows this bad practice and basically tell us that we weren't supposed to be ripped off as we live in Europe and not in Asia/Africa/America/Oceania or wherever their lower quality items compete in the market.

It's frustrating and insulting, and of course we will continue fighting to get a refund for what we consider a bad practice at the expenses of the consumer. But for now, be careful when dealing with Canon or eGlobal Central as they are not trustworthy companies.

Thank you for your time.

EDIT: I did contact eGlobalCentral ES several times, so thank you for the suggestion but it's due to their lack of help why I decided to post this review here.
The customer service has been very poor and not helpful. They refused to accept warranty coverage despite being clearly a fault in materials (the paint started falling apart only after a month!).

Could you explain what does it mean what Canon told us regarding the specific Canon PowerShot S120, please?
They said literally: "the camera you bought has not been conceived for the European market".
You are selling cameras in Europe not conceived for the European market. Not only you seem to collaborate with the bad practice of selling products with lower qualities in the Asian market despite having the same model number, but also you enter the European market with these products. It may not be a fake product, but I will find out whether you are allowed to do so. For now, beware people: you might be buying a lower quality item if you buy through eGlobalCentral in Europe.

Simply a dodgy company, best avoided.

Bought €4K's worth of camera products from this company. I bought it through Paypal so it was secure. Company however requested passport copy and utility bill - which is immediately a concern. No matter how they try and disguise the fact through various domains, this company is based in China... HK to be exact. This means they can offer good prices, but this comes at a number of major costs. Firstly you don't get a manual for your products. It is impossible to speak to anyone, so everything is done on email, and you won't get an answer for a few days. The fact you don't get a manual (because they don't have the english/ french/ spanish/ any language except chinese versions) is buried in the website somewhere, so when you contact them to ask for the manual, they refuse to send it. They actually tried to charge me another €25 for the manual. Then it turns out that you also don't get the proper plugs... again they only have the HK adapters so you have to buy a charger elsewhere. Again, this company fobs you off, with something buried in the website. So in short you can save a few quid through this website but it will cost you extra in other ways. Better avoided when you can get the proper products elsewhere for a less of a difference than the price of a charger.
