I needed an extraction which was done by doctor Oana Cristina Ene, I was impressed by how easily she removed it, without pain, very good doctor, the pain came with the payment a bit spicy...or more (£375 -EXTRACTION + RADIOGRAPHY), but Mrs. Doctor Oana ....number 1 thank you

Posting this on behalf of my partner. She found the Invisalign treatment worked well. The problem with Egodent is the customer service. Unfortunately, appointments very rarely ran on time. The clinic often would ring to change the appointment with poor excuses/bad organisation and the change would often be close to the original appointment time. The worst case was the day before the appointment the time was changed. Then at 19:00 that evening another call to say that the reason for the appointment was not possible and instead would have to either wait around for hours or have more delays before receiving the required retainer. On top of this there has been 3 unnecessary appointments due to incompetence by the lab they used. There is very little apology and there has certainly not been any offer of help regarding the inconvenience they cause.

I do not recommend this clinic, on the phone I was told the amount of £250 for some tests, but when I got there after collecting the tests they said the amount of £750. It would be correct to ask exactly from the phone, the receptionist knew exactly what tests I had to do because I told her from the beginning.

As always Dr Tiplic made my experience amazing, always professional and strives to guarantee perfect patient care, i would recommend Egodent 100%.

Every interaction with Egodent’s team is pleasant at Walton on Thames office. The reception staff is always very helpful and supportive.
During the time, unfortunately, it was necessary to use many times the dental services but, fortunately, I dealt with some amazing doctors in Egodent, such as Dr. Ancuta Tiplic, Dr. Ioana Anton, and recently Dr. Ana-Andreea Vasiliu.
Always I was surprised to be treated exceptionally.

I had my teeth done 3 years ago now and have never had any issues with them. The doctor I had was beyond amazing, I am quite a terrified person and he made the whole procedure reassuring and easy. I’ve had multiple checkups since and everything has been outstanding.

Dr. Ancuta Tiplic was very nice and informative . She was quick in receiving me after hours with a dental emergency . I had 1 lost implant crown which was done at a different dental clinic and she was very good in re-applying the crown back , highly skilled and qualified , pain free experience and I left smiling again 😁 I will definitely be coming here for all my future dental needs!
