Their customer service is apalling!
Their customer service is apalling. I had three queries on trades and they only got back to me after I chased them up. They then gave generic responses that did not address the problems I had outlined on two of the trades. The third trade has never even been acknowledged, let alone addressed. I would advise anyone looking for a broker to go elsewhwere.
