More times than not, you have UK and Jap first pressings in a lot better shape than anyone else out there. A lot more times than not, in fact.
I bought an album from you last week, that I first bought in early 1976, and I had put a newspaper clipping from the NME in the sleeve, and the copy you sold me, came with a very similar NME clip. It feels like you had looked after the album for me for the past 50 years and then charged me £150, for the privilege, of getting it back)) which I consider, a really fair price.
My only faulting your company is that you can be a bit pricey at times, particularly with 60's music. However, based on the archive quality of your products, why shouldn't you be a bit pricey?
Your buying team do an amazing job, a purchasing team, like no other.

Horrible
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Shipped all the way from Europe, arrives in US, and because the house number on the address label was "after" the street name, shipping company " could not deliver" and returned my package all the way back to Europe. Incompetence at it's finest! Common sense is a casualty. 🙄

Your order made it all the way to the US, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to see it returned over something as small as the house number placement on the label.
Unfortunately, by the time we were able to confirm the correct address with you, the parcel had already entered the carrier’s return process, which meant we weren’t able to intervene or have it re delivered. We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it caused.
