We purchased a product on 2/29/24 and…
We purchased a product on 2/29/24 and just received it today 6-10-24. They sent me an email letting me know it was back ordered, however you charged the credit card for the product when we placed the order. There was no communication during this time as to if there were any updates or what was going on with the order. I had to look up the company online and email to inquire about the order. We have not had any problems in the past, this time was not a very good experience.

Excellent service and prices
The prices on Koken and PB Swiss products are VERY reasonable. I also had an issue with an order and the staff responded to my voicemail so quickly I couldn’t help but be impressed. I am a lifelong customer now. Oh and shipping is reasonable and prompt as well.

Fix your site to include when items are on back order
The price was right for the Koken tools I bought and I appreciated how quick customer service got back to me, but my main issue has to do with the site. Both of the tools I ordered were on back order and it wasn't listed on the site as on back order. When I was told they were on back order, I offered to switch my purchase to a Koken ratchet on the site, but they also said that too...was on back order.
