4 ago ago you replied to me and still no tyres, no email but you attempt to take a payment from me a third time. I want my order cancelled...and your payment requests cancelled. Most definitely a scam company! STAY CLEAR. Im still waiting for a reply!! But you seem to have time to charge me twice. Once since i posted this issue. I want someone to contact me to now confirm that my order and payment requests have been cancelled. Have used this company on numerous occasions, but never again.
RD 53124013. I ordered my tyres and paid for them on the 29th of July. The following day I get a message to say they dispatched part of my order. I have still not received this part or an answer to the remainder. Have contacted them numerous times, by mail, online messenger, phone etc but no reply. When I key in my order number now it says invalid order number. Seems to be a scam.

No customer service - disgraceful
Have been ordering with Company for over 15 years from all over Europe. Last order over 11 days ago 2 tyres for back, blowout - emailed and text chat (hung up on me) for last three days - no answer. Today phoned to be told that they had no idea when they will have tyres. 10 days!!!! Why not email me days ago and explain. They have had my money for 11 days. Never again!!!

A 3 week saga ending in misery
Where do i start? So i bought my desired tyres on the 22nd of march, the payment was authorised and confirmed that the order is being processed. On the 28th of march a second payment was taken out that was identical to the first original payment. I got in contact with the help line and explained this. I had to screenshot my bank statement to confirm this mistake, for which they were very sorry for this mistake and had promised me that the money would come back into my account within 3 business days. I thought that would be the end of it, but no! I then get radio silence from them with no information about my order, apart from it would be a bit delayed by 3 days. Their promised deliverly date was between 3 to 5 days but i didnt mind the wait. So now the 8 days have passed (ordered on 22nd of march as of writing this is the 9th of april) I have no tyres and two payments down. I have got in contact with the helpline once again and they then say there is only one payment taken out and I am lying. I had to explain that on my bank statements that there is still 2 payments from Eirtyres for the exact amount and I was informed the first time I called this issue was. sorted. She again proceeded to tell my my eyes were wrong and I am making up that they have taken an extra 400 euro out of my account. She was very rude and direspectful to accuse me of this. So now I have yet another screenshot of this double payment and will hope this will get sorted. So after 3 weeks or nearly 10 business days and a double payment with rude customer helplines, would I recommend this service? No! it would be quicker and cheaper to get tyres from a recycling centre than order from this company again. An complete disaster from the word go.

Stay away. Cheap but inconvinient
Stay away.
Prices are cheap compare to local garage. But once ordered there is no way to track of delivery.
I ordered to one of their fitting partner garage and don't know where the order is currently. Tracking on eiretyres website show error (Postal code not matching).
They provided tracking ID of shipping partner SEUR which is totally useless. SEUR website is neither in Spanish nor English and it always shows error when tracking ID is entered.
Called to eiretyres phone and waited for 30min but no one appeared on other side.
Now I have to keep calling & bothering garage everyday to check if tyres are delivered otherwise they will charge handling and storage if tyres arrived but not collected.
