Still waiting since January on how to refund my purchase. I did indeed receive several automatic replies, but they did not contain the information on how exactly to go for a refund.

Took 7 days to receive my Hat and now it's arrived it's very very disappointing. Quality is very poor with the material (that on their website looks like tweed) is actually something you'd make a potato sack from.
And listed as in Columbia - NOT Ireland as indicated on the website.

In terms of delivery, our standard shipping timeframe is typically 3–5 working days after dispatch, and during busy periods or when shipping from Ireland to mainland UK, this can occasionally extend slightly. Seven days, while not ideal, is still within Royal Mail’s current delivery window.
Regarding the material, our flat caps are lightweight cotton herringbone and linen blends, depending on the style — they are not marketed as traditional heavy tweed. We always aim to present our products accurately in descriptions and imagery, but we appreciate that texture can sometimes appear different in photographs.
In relation to the “Columbia” comment, we’re not sure what this is referring to. Eirin Apparel is an Irish brand and all orders are shipped directly from Ireland.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will happily arrange a return in line with our returns policy.
