Very Poor Communication

Terrible experience. I’m beyond unsatisfied and regret ever placing my order. To get a response I had to cancel my order. I wouldn’t have needed to cancel if I got a response on the submitted tickets asking for updates. Instead, they just closed the tickets without even replying. To make matters worse, I still haven’t fully received my refund. To give a bit of a backstory. My order was supposed to ship within 4-6 weeks, and now it’s been over 12 weeks, with no transparency about what's going on. and then I proceeded to put in tickets daily to try and get a response but I got nothing until I canceled my order.

Broken Battle 195 No EK Support

I have had the Battle 195 for seven months now. It has been problematic since day one. Not opening applications without restart to start with. On week 7 it started freezing while playing games. I tried for 8 weeks to get something done with no luck. There is no phone support. They do not reply to all support tickets and will not follow up. I ended up getting an email rma and sending the PC back to the San Antonio facility for repare. That is where it gets bad. I made the issue very plain and out in the open. They said the PC booted on arrival so they reinstalled windows and it crashed playing games due to out if date drivers. Updated the drivers and said it ran fine. Boxed it up and shipped it back, still broken. I upset contacted them and found out that the San Antonio facility had been closed and this had to happen while my PC was in that shop. They reinstalled windows and sent it back. No CPU, GPU or Chipset drivers installed and the Bios out of date. They lied about testing the PC.
Now they told me Five 5 days ago it would be 4-6 weeks out for service but they thought it could be software and fixed without return. Not the case but I gave them the information they asked for and now 6 days later I have heard nothing. Opened new ticket and no reply.
Run from EK Fluid Gaming. Not a stable company to do business with especially in the USA.
Custermer Support gets 1 star. TECH Support gets 0 star.
I am asking for full refund. Looking at my attorneys phone number now.

Top of the line Conquest SUCKS

top of the line Conquest. 7k price. When it works it does its job. It’s a few months old and water pump went out, a fan went bad and the worst is that I am unable to work during these outages. Their support is nearly non existent with 3 day turn around on emails and email IS YOUR ONLY OPTION.

Don’t

Don’t. Their customer service is a nightmare and their quality control is equally worse.

A year in, the front distribution plate of my pc started to peel on the inside. They forgot to remove the plastic before assembly? No idea.

Two weeks, and multiple people later I finally received a shipping label. Was told I would be notified when it was being fixed and sent back. Never happened.

It randomly showed up. I noticed it while walking my dog. Fedex dropped it at my garage in the snow, no door knock, nothing. EK Sent it back full of fluid and it either popped during shipping or froze and burst but the pc was leaking on being opened. Ruined.

I was able to get my money back. Would not recommend them.

They have one good CS agent, but that doesn’t negate the fact that this was a horrible experience all around.
