Product stopped working and terrible support

Terrible support. I want to like this company as I have played 15 hours of games through their systems but when things stopped working, they provided initial support, and then ghosted me. I sent 4 follow up emails all completely ignored. All this while I am paying for the service. I just unsubscribed as there are other options and I’m not giving my money to a company that is happy to take my money but isn’t willing to support their product.

Tried Plutosphere for vr and after a bit of tech fiddling got it up and running. It is not the most intuitive experience but when it was installed the result was amazing. I installed Google Earth from Steam and enjoyed it without any major hiccups. The tutorial needs to be clearer and the installation could be streamlined. Conclusion is that it is well worth the price compared to buying a powerful pc and graphics card at least for casual gamers.

Just wanna not be hassled by aholes

Wow. Truly a big pile of trash. After not sending a verification email I had to use a different one. Then when I do get into the site it's a lie. It is no longer free. And get this two dollars an hour to use a fake computer with issues. I say this with respect.. I hope you all die soon. Greedy dbags
