I have been through the same scam that everyone has mentioned for $65.00 no help from Pay Pal. I reported the scam to the commerce dept. I think everyone here should report it to the IC3 or the commerce dept, and maybe they will investigate these crocks.

100% SCAM website!!!! I ordered a pressure washer pump and they sent a scrunch!!! They even gave me a tracking number and told me not to dispute the charge on my card haha. Ordered on 04/18/2022 and got the item on 05/23/2022. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Avoid all cost!!!!!

I never purchased from this scam they changed their name to this one. The other web site I purchased a sigma 42" top chest tool box for $64.88 after a week I went to their web site and tried call their # which was a recording of an insurance company, I then knew it was a scam. Contacted my card company and was issued a refund. Later that night I received a tracker, and knew they where just prolonging their scam. I received a little girls pink halter top for a tool box. Took pictures of label and item sent them into card company showing them I never received the item I paid for because they were going to put the charge back on my card because I received the item. Called paypal which seller account was flagged. I told them that they would change name of web site and open another paypal account. Bingo I was right. Next time I will google company's name to see reviews like I do on ebay.

Scam! Scam! I wish I could post photos of the crap I received. Paid for an adult cocoon hammock and a ball launcher for my dog. I got a dirty pet treat dispenser and a plastic bag meant for a doll. The “cocoon” seams were all ripped and the cushion was a 20” inflatable. Nothing like the pictures they are posting on their website. I got some money returned but not all. The people you’re going to deal with will tell you that they will “notify” the seller to rectify the errors in the website but frankly they are the same crooks. They’ve probably just changed the name of the site.

I would give it zero stars if I could. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM.

I spent $147 to purchase a pair of high-end, minimalist, metal lamps. The lamps were advertised as being 55" tall, with a dimmer, and with a slim, right-angled base that could fit inside a corner.

After six weeks (!!!) of waiting for my shipment, what I got was a pair of 18" plastic "lamps" with no dimmer and a rounded base.

The scam is that they never had the original item in stock: They steal copyrighted material from reputable vendors, in order to falsely advertise their "products." Then, they send customers shoddy and cheaply made facsimiles and hope that they just "forget about it."

When customers inevitably complain, they offer a false choice -- either accept a modest "discount" or return the items back to China..on your dime.

These are scammers and con artists. Avoid at all costs.

Update- I received a complete refund finally. I feel it’s fair to let folks know about that even though it took three months and a lot of aggravation.

I am only giving a 1 because less than a 1 isn’t an option. I ordered a very cool looking 55” hammock swing chair from this company. Big enough for an adult. The item I received was not the item pictured. First off it was 38” - big enough for a small child. Secondly, instead of the quality, rigid framed item I ordered, I received a cheap version with a plastic inflatable cushion to keep the chair’s shape, rather than a rigid frame. When I contacted the company for a return they offered me a 30% refund indicating that to return it would cost me $20. I again requested a refund and was denied. Save your money and do not make a purchase from this company.

I ordered an Interactive Automatic Dog Ball Launcher from Ekittys received a confirmation. Approximately 5 weeks later, I receive one "Tennis" ball. I immediately send an email letting them know they made a mistake. Was told to take pictures of what I received and was told, "Please read our advertisement carefully. I will submit this issue to our advertising department for correction, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you." I then said I wanted to return the "ball" at their expense and was told they would not and a to send it back to them for a refund would cost more than I had spent. They then offered to return 30% of the amount spent. I argued it was not my fault for their false advertising. They then offered 60% refund. I took it because I realized that this was an unscrupulous company and that was the best I would get. I did get the refund but I let my dog play with the "tennis" ball and literally, with in 5 minutes it was broken in 2. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a FRAUD! Don’t buy anything from them. I ordered a dish rack and I never received it! They keep on telling you that it has been delayed and you will never receive the item!

Ordered a nest swing and it came not at all as advertised! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

They advertise a very different product, quality and materials on their site I ordered a Best Nest Hammock Swing Chair & a sewing threader.
Hammock- the site shows great pictures, a video, and state it's made from cotton. I received the wrong color and something made out of cheap nylon w/a white blow up cushion. Simple bait & switch.
Threader- received in pieces.
They admitted that the site was misleading and they sent the wrong item but processing a refund is impossible. You will keep getting random emails from so many people.
They are trying to delay you. Go straight to your payment source and dispute the charge.
FYI-I paid with PAYPAL! That’s a joke.
PAYPAL ISNT ANY HELP. Don’t use them for anything. Seeing their name doesn’t secure or provide safety from a website/company like EKITTY’s. Anyone can use PAYPAL name.

Be aware when ordering from this site. I spent $139.99 on an RT boat. They sent a much cheaper version of the boat, which was nothing like we ordered. I asked them to refund my money because I received the wrong item. They want me to pay over $20 to send the incorrect item back to them. They acknowledged there was a mix up on the website and offered me a 20% discount on the item. They said they were sorry and it won’t happen again and they will tell their manager. The item they sent was a $50 boat. Twenty percent discount still has me paying more than the item they sent was worth and it is NOT the item we want. They want us to settle for what they sent rather than what we ordered. The item is 1/2 the price snd quality We wanted the particular boat we ordered and nothing else. They should be responsible for sending us a pre paid shipping return label which they won’t, and they should be refunding my money because they sent the wrong item. I am on email number 15 with the company right now. We called our bank and they are investigating. This is a horrible company. It appears they drop ship from different countries and the customer service has a hard time communicating. Also know- it took a month to receive the item. We would have been ok with the long wait but not with the wrong product. It appears they will not take the wrong item back. We will not settle for the wrong product. We want our $139 refunded, and we want to send the WRONG cheaper item back, but it is a huge fight to get them to cooperate. I advise DO NOT take a chance with this fraudulent company. Pay a little more for good customer service and the correct product ordered.

We just purchased a 2 person nest hanging swing from Ekittys but when the chair arrived it was a child size. The same chair they sent me can be found at WalMart.com for $6.00. It has the blow up cushion like others have mentioned. Ekittys response has been to offer me a 30% refund unless I want to ship it back on my dime. They admit they admit they sent the wrong item but state I have to be responsible for return shipping.. Buyer beware of ekittys! Ekittys is a bait and switch site that is using PayPal to take your money.

Again these folks are correct in avoiding this business regardless of how much less the product is listed for. Do not use Ekittys! Google obviously does not care at all about their part in advertising for businesses that have such poor business practices.

I ordered the Nest tree swing and never could see tracking information or received merchandise after sending several email. Finally I contacted my bank and disputed the amount I paid. I ordered through PAYPAL and received no assistance. I am actually watching a 20/20 report on internet scams right now! Do not order from EKitty!

This is the worst and most untrustworthy company. I ordered a large raised garden planter in May 2020 for $78, and received a tiny cheap planter with parts missing and no assembly instruction at the end of July 2020. Was not issued a full refund, Do NOT order from this company. Very misleading and dishonest.

I ordered the best hammock, and like every other reviewer stated- it came NOTHING as pictured or described on their website. I ordered an off white, what looks like a canvas material, hammock. What I received was a blue tent-like material- in a smaller size than what I ordered- and came with an inflatable cushion! This looks like some hazardous pool toy- NOT a hammock anyone could ever use or enjoy. I don't know how they can get away with selling this, but I'm not looking forward to the return process. Their website does explain a full refund within 30 days, but looks like every reviewer has had an impossible time in receiving a PARTIAL refund. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!

I ordered a 44” Best Nest Hammock Swing in July and paid an extra amount for expedited shipping. Item was received and It was NOTHING like described or as shown in video. Also, not the correct size - was 36”, not 44”. I requested a refund. As I was notified shipping costs back to China would be $20 or more, they would refund me 30% and I could keep item.......accepted this offer. The item was a rip-off and was so very disappointed in this purchase and EKittys!!!!! Recommend that no one use this company!!!

This site is a SCAM. I usually don't order form anything like this site but I made an exception and of course I regret it. I ordered the 55” nest hammock swing chair that is supposed to fit two adults. When I emailed to ask for a refund since they totally scammed me they sent me this:

A 5% REFUND! What a joke. Don't buy from them. I paid $60 for an absolute piece of trash. Their suggestion to resell it is laughable and their offer to refund 5%n is even crazier. Plus at the bottom of the site it says easy refunds and all that, but clearly they have no intention of refunding anything.
