Apologies for our recent negative review of EKM.co.uk
We at Dinkyclub.net perceived a problem with poor support service from EKM.co in the UK.
NOT SO! Great Support!
My frustration was the custom computer code on our inherited e-commerce operation and not being able to change issues. Also the 5 hour difference between Canada & UK played a part in misunderstanding of what was required to accomplish the changes we wanted to our shop.
I received a personal email from the Managing Director of EKM explaining the situation. Shows the level of support EKM will go to explaining & resolving any issues.
