We ordered a pack of 8x Moroccan Arabic 10cm tiles. Parcel arrived in a timely fashion via Evri. Items were of good quality and the price was very good, with free delivery.
Mosaics Direct import their tiles direct from manufacturers and pass the savungs on to their customers. I highly recommend this company and will defintely buy from them again.

Been looking around a while for some quality tiles at a good price and came across this company.
My order came quickly, well packaged and are excellent quality extremely pleased with my purchase feel like i got a real bargain will order again when do my kitchen.

I know there are a few bad reviews here I did read them before I placed my order was a little worried but went ahead .
The tiles turned up with in 48hours all in perfect condition beautiful and very reasonably priced .
I had over ordered by 22 sheets so contacted to request a return .
Was told to return in original packaging for a refund , which I did .
The refund has been returned to my original payment source .
I give mosiacs direct 5 stars thank you for the great service will use again .

I had been looking for affordable, quality mosaic tiles and came across this website. I ordered a sheet of each of the ones I wanted to ensure the quality and design were as described/shown. I was very happy with them and ordered more. They arrived super fast both times and were really well packaged, so in perfect condition. The quality of the tiles are really good and the price, compared to others, was very reasonable. Thank you .

I love the tiles. They were great value and delivery was quick from this company. I ordered too many and they accepted a partial return for refund with no complaint.

Didn’t get back to an email enquiring about a return for weeks, ended up having to call them because of it and the person was rude to me on the phone and just said to email again. I emailed again and asked for a return to be accepted and they refused. I explained several times that I wasn’t happy with the product and that I’d like to return to get a refund and they were unhelpful, unaccountable and outright useless. They’d rather I plaster them with terrible reviews and take it further than simply accept a return.

The grout they sent was past the use by date. That's unacceptable. Not worth the bother of returning it.

I wasn't sure about this company when I couldn't find any reviews but they had the tiles I wanted at extremely competitive prices so I ordered and am absolutely delighted with the quality of the tiles, the speed of delivery, being kept in touch with the company by excellent emails and the price was significantly lower than any alternative store. Just thank you!
