Delicious

The Wild Boar ravioli was delicious and the Truffle sauce was amazing.
A little expensive for me to buy regularly though if not for the discount.

Good delivery

Good delivery, well packaged, the pasta was very good also quick and easy to prepare, good portion size also.

Tastier sauces please.

The 2 boxes arrived early on the selected date.As i was not going to use either of the pasta meals straight away I froze them as instructed.
The gnocchi was a little disappointing as we found the sauce rather bland and the walnut pieces rather large.
The ragu was tasty.The other pasta dish ( a fish one)was also a little bland for our tastebuds.I think the sauces would be easier to use and heat if they were in pots rather than plastic packets.I will order some different flavours in the future.

I bought 4 of their dishes

I bought 4 of their dishes, all different. I used one fresh and put the other 3 in the freezer. The fresh one was ok, not that tasty and I emailed them of my concern, NO REPLY.
I have just opened my second from the freezer and once defrosted tried to delicately separate the ravioli, difficult indeed and some split. Still no response from EKOOK, WHY???????????
Not a very good customer relationship, I think they need someone to answer reports etc. I doubt we will order again.
