I love the office 2019 software, it works great.
I reached out for installation help. They were very quick to respond. I had them take control of my computer and they figured out what had to be done to install the software. The technician was very knowledgeable. He got me up and running in no time.
I'm very pleased with EK software service. I would buy from them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone, when buying software.

I was using an outdated version of Outlook (2007). It just failed one day. I was able to purchase the 2021 version of Outlook from Eksoftware. The installation went great. My old folders were visible upon installation. Great solution to older version of Outlook.

I was a little hesitant about buying MS Word from a company I didn’t know but I’m glad I did. Instructions were clear and installation went perfectly. Would buy from this company again without hesitation.

I'm 83 years old and I just had the best experience from tech Daniel at Eksoftware. Not only did he fix my Outlook to open he was very patient with me and spent 59 minutes to explain and clean up my computer. It's like I have a new computer now.

I did purchase and download Microsoft 2019 home and student from Eksoftware web site and I am very glad that I did. Once I was able to download the software it has worked as it should. It was a little confusing to do download and it did require me to have to call the 800 for teck support. The call was answered quickly and the technician helped me promptly and I was delighted to have Microsoft 2019 home and student on my desktop. Thank you, Eksoftware. John H

Second EK tech help for installation. Eric was very careful to listen to my problem and helped me work around the link for screen share which did NOT appear on MacBook Pro screen as expected. The first person—like myself did not understand what was meant by Installer demanding pw…not identified as Mac pw or Apple ID … mystery. Once we figured that out and could finish installation, we were good. Treat him well good for EK.

Quick response to questions. After buying it for my computer I purchase it for my wife's with a 15% off coupon.

After I paid for the product I was sent an invalid product key. When I complained they sent me another invalid key. Then a 3rd invalid key. After the 3rd invalid product key they refunded my money saying “there must be something wrong with this batch of keys”.

Eric went out of his way to assist me getting my software successfully downloaded. He was patient and a after guiding me through several steps we used quick assist to get this downloaded
