I had 2 problems with getting microsoft office in my laptop, both due to me. Eksoftware was very helpful and timely and resolved both issues. Eric was esp. patient and got me through downloading the link onto my laptop. Will definitely use them again!!!

I love the software. I was a little confused when I received the link to download it because it was not exactly what I had ordered. I was easily able to chat with a representative and he explained that I had received a more comprehensive version (it included more than Publisher 2019) for the same price I paid for just Publisher. I downloaded it and it works great.

This gentleman did a wonderful job helping me out in a frustrating situation.

My older version of Outlook was no longer going to work after a certain date so I went shopping for the latest version. Discovering Eksoftware and the price was right I made the purchase. While installing I had issues activating the software but then I realized I had Office 360 prior to this purchase. Contacted support and a quick remote in and a few scripts and I was up and running. Great support and quick!

Daniel was exceptionally helpful to me in gettin Microsoft Office installed on my new iMac. He really walked me through all the steps to get it up and successfully running. It was a little more complicated because of some of the settings on my desktop. But he patiently helped me through it and I was able to open Word, the most important application that I needed to continue on with my work.

I accidentally bought Office 2021 for Windows and needed it for a Mac instead. Eric did an awesome job in assisting me and filling out a refund request for me. He answered all my questions and provided me with the link to get it for my Mac instead. Eric did a wonderful job!

The recently downloaded Access 2019 software could not be registered. Was giving an activation error that the code had been used previously.

Contacted support and Eric provided excellent service and resolved the problem in short order.

The Mac DVD Ripper is an excellent product. Affordable and easy to use. Communication from the manufacturer on usage was great. I researched a variety of similar products and am certain I selected the best one. Thank you EK for making it simple to convert my home movies to a more convenient format for sharing with family. Very satisfied!

Ordered an add on to Office 365 , Outlook". My purpose ws to swith from AOL to outlook for my email. Had difficulty trying to load the software. Support was immediate...However AOL is not compatable with outlook...unfortunalty I did not find that out until I usd the Key.. Other wise I would return the software. Resonable price and good follow up

Joe did a great job of helping me solve my issue. Within about 15 minutes, I found what I needed to get the program working.

The problem wasn’t with my computer.

I want a refund and I don’t want more delay.

Adin was absolutely amazing! I am technologically challenged and he calmed my fears and walked me through all the steps. When something didn't work, he fixed it. I mean he fixed it. First try. It was unbelievable. I was so very thankful for him. He sat on the online chat with me until everything was done and working. He is a great customer support person. It just doesn't get any better than Adin.
