Took care issue with block design/machining quickly
Bought an active backplate with a wrongly machined junction that prevented proper seat with conventional water block. Kati k took care of it EZ.

Way around back order
I was somewhat disappointed that some fittings required for a build were back ordered. This is understandable, but disappointing nonetheless. Nina from support suggested that if I could purchase these few fittings from a Canadian EK supplier they would ship the rest of the order. I was able to do so, and now all of the required pieces are enroute. Perhaps not a big deal, but thoughtful nonetheless. Thanks

The support team were extremely helpful with links to correct gpu waterblock sizings and fittings needed for a full loop. Shipping was reasonably quick(packaging left something to be desired).
I had purchased my full custom loop order a couple of weeks before the major black friday sale and the team were kind enough to refund what would have been the difference on the parts, so I still had to eat the import tax but they went above and beyond in my eyes.
I would recommend EKWB to anyone and their team is the best I have come across so far.
I look forward to my build for the coming years and will go back to EKWB for any future watercooling needs.
