Poor customer service and unfit for use products
Contacted EK about the lifespan of their ZMT Matte Black tubing, as it's meant to last longer than the average transparent soft tubing. I was hoping for at least a rough estimate and they just skirted around the question and then this week, I encountered a flaw in their design for the 6900 XT Liquid Devil. They say it doesn't need washers and yet when washers are applied, temperatures drop down and it's also visibly clear that the block doesn't make full contact with the GPU. Tried to get the dimensions of the washers required, they didn't want to give them to me but instead offered to sell them to me, bit cheeky but figured I'd go for it. Then I find out that they want €14 to post washers that are only a few grams of plastic. Asked for some leeway on that price as it's correcting an issue that they created and the washers weigh basically nothing and they weren't interested.
Will be avoiding ekwb products wherever I possibly can in future.

Outstanding customer support. Not only were they on constant daily communication but processed my RMA super smoothly. Even though I inadvertently was responsible for what happened they were eager to help me out and the shipping time both to and from Slovenia was outstanding (3 days) which is faster then even most companies utilizing USPS or UPS. They truly understand the impact when one of their waterblocks is being replaced and go the extra mile to ensure the best support available. I worked with three separate reps and each of them was friendly and professional. I’ve been using EK products for the past 8 years and this is one of the reasons. They are quick to answer questions and helpful replacing parts. I’m an EK customer for life!

Quick and smooth
I had some suspicions about an AIO set I have bought recently so that I contacted the customer service to consult my worries, and indeed the pump proved to be too noisy and the AIO eligible for a replacement.
The following RMA process was handled professionally, addressed all my remaining concerns, and, I can also say, the agent created friendly and positive mood. The only thing that might be improved is perhaps to allow for more than one turn of a conversation a day. But as I say, in general, rather quick and smooth process, including the express fast delivery of a replacement AIO set.

EKWB costumer service
I‘ve been EKWB costumer since 2016 when I bought my first water cooling loop and unfortunately I had a problem with a block and they resolved it in the best possible way. I now have an EKWB AIO cooling that is having a problem and they fixed it the same way. I believe that all companies have problems and none of them are perfect. But one of the most important aspects is how the company cares about customer service. Recently I had problems with Asus and Dell and I can assure you that EKWB is the best. I really hope they keep up the great work.

Great Customer Support
Raised an order with EK for a custom water loop. While the order was being held up for cosmetic rings being out of stock I reached out to support asking if it was possible to send the order without the rings and pay the additional shipping cost for them separately.
Nika responded quickly and resolved my issue so that the the main bulk of the order could be shipped first and the rings separately when back in stock.

Nice and efficient
The website is full of useful information, the loop configurator worked wonders for me (even though it does NOT replace a little research if you want to build your custom loop) and the customer service is efficient. The people are very nice too ! I stongly recommend.

I have an excellent experience with EK AIO. I am running EK AIO nucleus 360 lux RGB and its performance is remarkable. Temperature on my 13700kF dropped from 90c to 70c after upgrading to EK nucleus . Also noise levels are much better than previous model. I highly recommend EK nucleus AIO for high performance pc builds.

I ordered a direct die kit from ek and installed it.
The temps where not that great i was expecting more ,so i contacted the costumer service.
They contacted back very vast and help me out.
They send me a replacement, that arived in 1 work day.

EkWB delta 2 TEC and soft tubing works great!
I bought the EkWB delta 2 TEC for my gaming rig. I noticed that a thread on the screw was damaged from installing and removing the block again and again.I requested additional parts and the customer service went above and beyond to get me parts even though my package was on a customs hold. The distro plate and the 420 radiator that I bought runs well and works pretty easily with the TEC2 cpu block. I went for custom loop with soft tubing as opposed to hard tubing and it seems to be working fine so far. I wanted to build a powerful gaming rig and needed TEC2 to cool my 13900ks and it seems to be doing decent job so far. The only pain point in my experience have been the type of screws that EKWB uses for their parts as they need the Allen wrench or a specific screw driver and didn’t seem user friendly. The price was a little steep too and would request EKWB to price the TEC2 a little more feasible. Other than that no issues so far. I will definitely recommend EKWB custom water cooling solutions for avid gamers.

Ridiculous customer service, just a joke
Got a discount voucher on my last order, forgot to apply it to the recent one, so wrote to customer service and asked them to apply it for me.
The response was that I could only use it once and they couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t use it again, so they couldn’t help me.
