I had to get a Sim Card for my Move…
I had to get a Sim Card for my Move 5000 terminal. When it arrived, I called for help to get it installed. All went well and I took it home with me to test it away from my store. Did not work. I called the following day and spent an hour and 6 minutes with Stephanie, who was very helpful and patient with me (without any success) until we somehow were cut off. I waited for a possible return call and when none came, I called again. This time I spoke with Angela and after Angela tried MANY times to get things working, she was finally able to get me up and running. I want to say that this young lady went far beyond being helpful as well as being extremely patient with the situation and especially with me personally. Angela must be congratulated on her customer service skills and her knowledge of the equipment. I would definitely recommend a GOLD STAR and if I could, a pay raise for this wonderful person. I had called in with a complex issue and was unsure if I was going to be able to have my questions sorted out with one call and without escalation.
The person I spoke to was immediately friendly and confident sounding which was a great start. As I explained the issue she was already hard at work on pulling up the notes on her side and as the call went on her clear confidence and knowledge quickly put me at ease that this is someone who was going to resolve my issue.
She is a model representative of the company and should be absolutely appreciated for her work.
