From start to finish, my experience with the Electric Car Scheme has been fantastic. The team kept me informed every step of the way and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process.
We did encounter a small hiccup, but it was due to the manufacturer and was in no way the fault of the Electric Car Scheme. Louis and Tara were outstanding—they kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions, and even called after the car was delivered to make sure everything had gone smoothly.
I would highly recommend the Electric Car Scheme to anyone considering a new electric vehicle. If you're lucky enough to have Louis and Tara looking after you, you'll be in great hands.

Chris & Yasmin were fantastic
Chris & Yasmin were fantastic. From the start Chris was helpful giving lots of information and happy to quote for all of the cars sent. Once we had finally made a decision, he reserved our chosen car and talked through the paperwork. Once that was signed and ordered, Yasmin took over with regular updates and replied promptly when emailed. Both reached out after delivery to check everything had gone smoothly. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend introducing to your business
We brought in the electric car scheme for our business to give our employees an additional benefit, and as a B Corp, it was something that we wanted to support the progression of our employees towards electric vehicles.
I have to say the team at the electric car scheme has been absolutely amazing, from Chris to Mehdi to the team answering the phone when we had questions. It's been a really fantastic experience. We would highly recommend them, and I would suggest any organization this is really worthwhile bringing in. It's exciting to see solar panels and heat pumps being added and what the shape of that will be going forwards.
I think it really aligns with any company that's focused on sustainable initiatives that provide an added benefit and essentially at zero cost within the business, so highly recommend

Marcus and the team were incredibly responsive, helpful and informative throughout. They clearly outlined all the critical information relating to the lease hire, and crucially, the website experience itself was effortless: user experience, the selection, pricing and specifications of each vehicle were clear and concise.
My used EC vehicle matched the specification exactly, including all three noted imperfections being accurately disclosed beforehand. It was delivered earlier than scheduled, with open communication throughout and a genuine follow-up on my feedback afterwards.
It was a privilege to work with them, and I'm truly grateful for such a smooth experience.
