Absolutely first class customer service. Always knowledgeable and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if I find another product elsewhere I always call and they so far have bettered the price as well as backing it up with updates and customer service.

Would have had five stars but for the fact that they sent me an email saying the product was ready for delivery, despite having collected it two days earlier.

1st off - sent the wrong component. 2nd, the correct component - but damaged. 3rd correct component - but gave incorrect technical information on the circuitry of the unit which would have resulted in incorrect installation had I not queried it again prior to finally wiring up the circuit. The job was delayed by two days as a direct result.

Previously, I've purchased LEDs from them, and found the price and quality to be excellent. This time I wanted a wall-light and was pleased to find a very extensive choice. Phoned for advice about which might be a suitable bulb, and found them v. helpful. Items arrived by courier, very well-packaged, excellent quality item. Would definitely order from them again.

After ordering on line I received an ansaphone message to say that goods out of stock but order would be held, & I would receive an email to confirm. This did not arrive so I emailed company to request written confirmation that my payment was indeed being held until new stock arrived. No reply. Not good PR.
