Great service and speedy delivery

The product was as it stated it was delivered on time and sent notifications when it would arrive and even called to let me know and it works great

Good product information and feedback in relation to the delivery. Product arrived in a very good timeframe. Would have preferred that the delivery of the two products was from one courier as the first delivery (the main product) was delievred by DPD without issue. The second product (delivered by EVRI) was three days late. (Next day delivery had been purchased)

Excellent service from ElectriQ, and freezer delivered snd installed.
However when ordering, we were offered 4 options for delivery. Picked one which happened to be the next day, received notification from the delivery company…waited in for a delivery slot, then silence. It was only when I phoned Appliances Direct that I was told that our delivery would not be that day, but 2 days later.
Luckily I coujd wait at home for the delivery, but I do wonder why we were given a choice!

The booking was very easy to do online and the delivery date was available on a Saturday which is always helpful. The dishwasher works very well and is exactly as described. The only negative was that I paid for the dishwasher to be installed and this didn't happen. He basically said you have the pipes you can do it yourself and then left.

Very happy with purchase. Delivered on time. Nice retro style fridge, slightly smaller than our previous one which had to be replaced but adequate for family of four. Nice sized ice box handy for keeping ice lollies, ice cube trays and basics to hand. Seems well made and sturdy, certainly has a strong door seal. The only thing i would say is that the power cord really isn’t very long, so if there is some distance to your power point it may be an issue. Overall very happy.

I needed a slightly smaller fridge to fit in my new kitchen and after searching for eternity I found one from here and I’ve got to say I’m impressed. Arrived in very good time well packaged and reasonable on price. 10/10 👌

Ordering and delivery all went smoothly, great pricing and quick delivery.
Unfortunately, the courier wasn’t told about the removal and recycling I had ordered, so wouldn’t remove the old ones, I had to take the ovens out myself.
Getting through to customer services was difficult, waiting about 20 minutes before being cut off, and having to phone again.
Eventually a refund was issued.

The driver kept in touch, although he was late, possibly due to all sorts of problems on the road and the heat. I was very impressed.

Driver kept me informed of when he was arriving. Dishwasher in box delivered to my kitchen.

Waw stronger than expected

Delivery was not at time specified which meant the fan arrived at the end of the hot spell. I did give feedback which was well received. The company is good and I have had good experiences - not a five because of delay - but no real problems

Rang in afternoon for a new freezer. I was delivered the next day and the old one taken away, Delivery man very helpful and phone contacts also very good.

Looks like a lot of freezer space for the price
Was delivered with care and fitted in exactly where i needed it

Broke after 3 months. One of the worst equipment I've ever bought, apart from Temu.......
