Bought tires scrambler tires and wheels for both front and back for my 13-year-old modified razor received the product they wiggle side to side over an eighth of an inch. They go up and down almost a half an inch they’re unsafe to use they’re claiming they’re within specs, but they’re not. I have the bike on a bucket everything in the air and you should see how this thing shakes because of just a back tire. I hate to see it if it’s on the ground going across the ground with both tires downright scary this is a fully modded razor with the sprockets I have on it at full power will do close to 100 miles an hour you bring this thing up over 30 miles an hour you’ll look at the sink you’re killing somebody with these products and they’re telling me they’re within specs. What a huge joke they will not call give you a number acknowledge anything. They just wanna pass a buck and steal your money. Stay away. Go someplace else to research make sure you can talk to them in person if you have a problem otherwise you’re going to be robbed like I was $300.

We ordered a bike in Feb and it was supposed to arrive in March but showed up by the very end of May. So far it appears to be in good condition as expected. Customer service can only be reached by submitting a ticket.

So I went to buy brake rotors and they don't give out specifications or measurements for their product, I ordered some that claimed they would fit and they didn't and I requested a refend and return because I didn't use them and they won't accept returns. Poor customer service and I don't recommend buying from this lowsy online store

Motor low quality went through 2 motor in 3 months.
Provided no support and refused to return.
They charge restocking fee.
Overall a scam.

Buy anywhere but here. I bought a $1600 razor mod kit to put together with my son. Initially, the bike worked fine, but when issues came up, they took weeks to respond via email. There is no customer service phone number.

They have no refund policy when you're spending thousands of dollars and wants to charge a 15% restocking fee on top of shipping fees. Also the don't have a phone number where you can talk to a person, whoever sits behind the email screen is rude and unreasonable. They buy from other parties and put the bikes together they don't actually own anything and wanna charge a restocking fee. Also their parts are not waterproof. I haven't even received the product but they won't accept the return as a cancelation, even though I emailed them in plenty of time.
