Thankfully, as an active lawyer I could get back my money through my bank. Don't waste your time buying anything from these guys, they are a complete 100% pure scam.They do not refund anything by themself, they keep telling you lies about your order. This site should be marked as a potential scam.

I bought a Windows 10 Pro Product Key from FirstElectronic 3.5 hours ago.The product key did not work (0x80041023). Their support agent named Geoffrey did reply soon by sending me a Syntax to be put on Administrator Command Prompt, but it was an Invalid Syntax. Geoffrey said also that he sent me a different Product Key that I never receive. He ended his written response by telling me that my ticket remains open and he was waiting for my result in following his direction. I did response immediately that all his directions did not work and the different product key he sent to me has never been received by me. But he never replied to my reports anymore. It is now about 3 hours after got Geoffrey's written response, and Geoffrey still has not get me a response at all. The Order ID =1339065 and the ticket number = 117951. Please help because an excellent rated seller must not behave like this. Thank you.

Agree this is a scam pretending to be the other site with the same name so double check you are on the right one. I thought I'd checked as well as so many good reviews but there are definitely two sites very similar!

I bought Mariokart 8 and you’ll get an login from
Somebody’s account so you can download it on that persons account. After a few months I got blocked and now we can’t play the game anymore. I had contact with electronic first and they said I could buy is again from them with a discount. Don’t buy from this shop!!! It’s a scam!!!

This is a fraudulent site that sells Nintendo accounts, NOT GAMES ! That's illegal, and it copies the name of a famous american site to cover its dirty business practices. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a game for the Nintendo Switch and although I had a small "problem" caused by me, that is, I changed switches and to bring the game purchased by me (in account form) I rightly received help and everything went well!!

Received a key 2 days after purchase, the key contained an email address...very dodgy. There's no way I'm typing that into my console as it's likely to get me banned due to piracy issues.

I asked for a full refund as key unused but so far they've ignored me. The legitimate site, Electronic First (without the -) warned me that they are scammers and advised me to report them to my bank, which I have. I also reported them to Google as Google had advertised the link.
