My husband ordered a bike on the 10 July, we had a few updates about delivery dates up to the 29 July then nothing. The phone number provided does not connect and the email address bounces back. We are now out of pocket thanks to this company. I do not know how this company is still allowed to trade.
Please do not buy from here. I bought a tablet in may, still is "in customs". Told them I wanted a refund, they said they would send. Guess what? Never arrived. Now they don't reply. I will be reporting them to the police

Ordered a mobile phone on 10 June. Never arrived.tracking info never updated. Multiple emails no responses. Ongoing chat about reimbursement but no money received. This is the worst shop ever. Had to give 1 star to review but really diabolical and no star from me. Still trying to get my money back but chat gets cut off.
