Cracked TV, crazy long return process

Not only did I have to wait a week for shipping, but when I finally received the TV it was horribly cracked across the entire screen. It looked as though it had been cracked before it was even put into the box. The packaging seemed sufficient to prevent damage. Instead of quickly replacing the merchandise and picking up the old TV at the same time, I have to wait for them to schedule to pick up the old TV then they have to process a refund, then I just have to buy another one. I was told this process would take 7 to 10 bus. days. This is absolutely insane, and now I will be purchasing the TV elsewhere. Also, Costco has the same TV for $360 less. Furthermore, I have already waited 3 days, and still haven't received an email to confirm the return or a call to pick up the merchandise. So who knows how long this process will actually take. I'm so mad, I will tell everyone not to purchase from here.

My order didn't come complete, my computer did not come with a power cord. So I had to drive over an hour to find and get one.

BUYER BEWARE: No "hassle-free returns" and uncooperative customer service

BUYER BEWARE: Electronic Express charges an astronomical 25% restocking fee on projectors, even if the item is 100% factory-sealed, unopened, and well within their 30-day return window.
I purchased an Optoma projector for $950. When I tried to return it completely untouched and unopened, I was told they would deduct nearly $240 (+ shipping) right off the top of my refund just to take back a sealed box. Their customer service refused to waive the fee or offer any flexibility, completely ignoring the fact that the exact same item is available elsewhere for significantly less ($761 currently on Amazon), and $75 less on their own website!
Their policy essentially traps your money. If you are buying home theater equipment, do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or a retailer with fair return policies. I will never buy from Electronic Express again!

Had a good price on a Yeti Rambler but…

Had a good price on a Yeti Rambler but it was either used/repackaged or b-stock with all the cosmetic damage. The return process went smoothly but was still a waste of my time.

I order my refrigerator paid with my…

I order my refrigerator paid with my Afirm account. Set up the delivery. Waited today from 12: to3:00 pm I took a day off work I worked third so I haven’t been to bed they called me 5 till 3:00 and said the dispatcher canceled my order by mistake so they can’t deliver to Tuesday I said I have no refrigerator and I take care of my mom I need a refrigerator today or refund to the Afirm and I will buy from Home Depot they said the refund will take five days so I am screwed and lost money today they have me over a barrel because if I get refund I have to wait even longer I am being punished because I chose do business with them it’s crazy makes no sense I will not buy anything from them again should have paid the extra $200 and went to Home Depot

Bought a Yeti item that isn’t being sold at Yeti’s website. Just a specific color that is no longer being sold. Of note - item was even cheaper than what Yeti is selling the item for currently. Item arrived very quickly & in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Horrible on-line experience.

Placed an order on line on a Sunday because it was last one they had in stock - was Monday and still no word when I could pick up order. I called numerour times and was told I had to wait for a 3rd party verification on charge. Late Monday they cancelled order. I called the Jones Valley store (where I had placed order for pick up) spoke to Jeremy - he physically looked for unit - found it and set it aside for me and I picked it up and paid with same credit card the 3rd party "couldn't verify" - Jeremy was GREAT - made a bad experience good. Their online ordering is junk - go in store in person for good service for horrible customer service use their online ordering - those people are just rude.

Put a po box down and this company didn't tell me ups doesn't drop off packages at my post office then post office would have so

They sent out package then sent it back. But still charged me 600 dollars for item they knew they couldn't deliver

Meh.

I ordered something I was very excited to receive and after 6 days I reached out inquiring about when it would be shipped and only then was I told that the item was damaged and couldn't be sold. I asked if I could see a photo of it to assess the damage myself and was told it was thrown away. I would have liked the option to see it and purchase it anyway because I wanted it that badly. The item is very hard to find. I am suspicious about whether or not it was thrown away. I would have liked to have known when i placed the order that it wouldn't be completed.
