The shipping was expensive nearly more than the items.
The items arrived incorrect and broken. I did purchase two discounted open items in addition to multiple NEW however “discounted items” description did not entail the item being 1. Broken 2. Package sticky with substance and granules stuck to it 3. Missing items

Awesome Experience 😃

Our entire experience with the purchase of our refrigerator from Electronic Express was and has been amazing! Every person, actual human people, was extremely helpful and super nice. I had had major surgery and a couple weeks into recovery our fridge went out. We picked one we thought would be perfect (and it is). We checked with Lowe's and they were anything but helpful or nice. They weren't going to be able to deliver it for over three weeks and didn't even try. It dawned on us that Electronic Express has large appliances and we've always had a good experience, so went to their site, even called before I hit place order to check on delivery timing. This was on Friday evening and they said they could have it here on Monday! The price was better, the people were better and the delivery went very well. We got reminders of delivery, got word on Sunday of the three hour delivery window, got followup calls and emails making sure everything is ok and thanking us for our purchase. This will be our first go to from now on! Very nice to see this kind of customer service these days!

Rachelle, my online customer service rep was AMAZING!!! She is the reasonnfor the 5 stars and the reason you will have a returning customer. She was so nice and communication was great. She was able to turn my stress into a better situation and went above and beyond to get my fridge delivery moved up a week! Every company needs a Rachelle on their payroll! She deserves a raise!!!

Tremendous supply -Great prices!!

Super inventory at magnificent prices. Customer service is always pleasant. Placing an order and checkout is easy and painless. Shipment of items is as advertised..”fast”. I live outside of the delivery area so I have a few days more to wait fur actual delivery of items.. but their freight handlers do have a nice website to allow you to follow the movements of items. The freight handling company Ceva Logistics is nice and ready to help with issues as well.

I called the day after I ordered the…

I called the day after I ordered the Vizio TV and was told it shipped, a week later i got an email saying it shipped that day im a trucker so I needed to know when it was going to be delivered so it did not sit on my porch. A lady was very rude and told me she was ok with me canceling my order and go eles where because of this i would not order again from Eletonic Express.

The buying part went extremely well

The buying part went extremely well. Only problem was on delivery end. Did not come on expected date. Was about 3 days later. In fairness, I should say the truck was broken down on my delivery date, hence, the need to reschedule.

Poor customer service

I paid for new washing machine to be delivered and set up. I received a damaged one and when I complained they offered me 110$ off the 1000$ washing machine to take it. I was told this was last one and i would have to go on the site and start over with my order if I didn't take this one. I politely told them to keep it and give me a full refund including my delivery/ set up and removal fees also. They knew when they loaded this order what they were doing was to get my money one way or another! I have had good service in last years but this was poor service all around. I went that afternoon to Lowes, ordered my washer and it was delivered the next day and installed! I even saved money!
EE did call me back the next day to reschedule the delivery "since I wasn't home for the first delivery" i said i was home and retold the story and again asked for full refund again"

In some cases, cosmetic or physical damage isn’t visible until an appliance is unboxed or fully handled during the loading process alongside other large items. When our team identifies damage, our standard procedure is to inform the customer and provide options. If the damage appears cosmetic and does not impact the unit’s performance, we may offer a discount. Alternatively, we can reschedule delivery with a different unit.

In your situation, we unfortunately only had that one unit available, which is why a new order would have been required to select a replacement model. We understand how inconvenient and disappointing that is, especially after planning for delivery and installation.

We also apologize for any confusion regarding the follow-up call about your availability. That clearly added to the frustration, and we’ll be addressing that internally.

We appreciate you giving us the opportunity in the past and regret that this experience did not reflect the level of service you’ve come to expect.
