What a fantastic finish! We're so pleased with our new windows. Callus and Marcus were excellent fitters👏 Hard working, polite, courteous and incredibly tidy. Thank you lads! We would certainly be happy to order more windows from Elegant.

Friendly service. Reliable and punctual. Very pleased with our new back door and front door. Chris and the guy's went above and beyond to ensure that the end product was exactly what we wanted. Great after service too. Would definitely use again.

We have just had 10 replacement windows from Elegant Windows in Barrow.
We chose them due to positive reviews, competitive pricing and our own initial impressions.....we are so glad we did.
Everything went according to the timescale given on our first meeting from measuring up to be notified of fitment. All the team were professional, knowledgeable and tidy. The fitters had to do quite a bit of remedial work on two windows to correctly position them which included reforming the reveals. They did a great job, the look of the house is massively improved.
The overall finish is brilliant, the mock sash looks better than we had imagined, especially in cream.

Process from getting the quote to the finish, streamlined and easy. Fantastic finish, only let down by the fact an incident has led us to having no downstairs heating, with no resolution from the company.

I like support local businesses wherever I can. It’s not just about looking after your own.
I worry about what happens if you need to rely on the guarantee.
With opting for a local company, when there was an issue caused by a change in the weather, they are just around the corner and the after sales care makes all the difference as they will bend over backwards to look after there customers.

This is the 2nd time I have used Elegant & both times they've provided prompt professional service.
I would highly recommend them.

We’ve just had all windows, doors and garage door fitted and we are now overwhelmed with the finished work. We’ve had a few hiccups on our journey but once we mentioned the slight errors they were immediately corrected ASAP. Steve Turner is an asset to the company and they should never let this guy leave. This is a family owned business and Chris is an asset to his father’s company I don’t think his heart rate went above 20 BHP when problems occurred and were sorted out immediately. Very efficient guy when dealing with customers. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they bent over backwards to a perfectionist customer which give a perfect outcome and much appreciated for putting up with me. All the best and I hope you do well in the future.

We have just had two new doors fitted by elegant window and doors barrow in furness the two lads did a good job and were very polite and cleaned up when finished and took all rubbish away came on time their we had a few quotes and elegant came out the best by a long shot so can't recommend enough thank you

Used Elegant Products always been pleased with workmanship and after care service. Had solid roof fitted to existing conservatory March 2022 to replace glass roof never looked back vast improvement professional service no problems would not hesitate to recommend. Further to having roof replaced we used Elegant again July 2022 to replace glass in all windows and door in conservatory with integrated blinds again very pleased with expert service.

We are really pleased with the quality and high standard of work that Elegant have carried out in fitting our new door and windows. The fitters were efficient, friendly and removed all waste. We have used Elegant before and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Had a conservatory built and nothing but problems with the roof. Phone calls ignored and leaks never fixed. Reported to trading standards for shoddy work and issuing Court proceedings. Dont trust guarantee as the aftercare is non existant.

This company is best ever my door is out of this world you see it on the picks but you carnt imagine it till its been installed everything is totally perfect the windows are amazing too If anyone gets there windows or door done go to them the lads that did it were brilliant .Also the customer service at the shop is fantastic too so easy to talk to and fantastic .Thankyou so much for everything I really appreciate it all .

Recently had five windows and a composite door fitted. Everything went very smoothly and the team did a stellar job. Very happy with all the staff and would recommend them any day of the week.

Replaced my old wooden conservatory and installed bifold doors. Vinnie, Chris, Conner and the team all worked hard and together to do a fantastic job from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Vinnie and he ensured we understood all aspects of the work and kept us fully informed throughout the job. We are so happy with the whole job and would recommend the Elegant team to anyone.

I got a new composite sage green front door from Elegant and some safety tilt and turn windows for the kids rooms. They did a fantastic job on such an old house. Made little to no damage to my interior decoration around the windows and were very clean.

2 new bedroom windows replaced as well as composite front door. Ben and Sam worked really well, very little disruption and cleaned up thoroughly. Little touches like retouching the dashing around the frames were appreciated. Quick and efficient

Needed 4 new windows and a back door replacing, called Dave as we had used Elegant before. Competetive quote given, job confirmed, were able to do it earlier than planned. Professional courtious fitters, no mess left and totally pleased with outcome... thoroughly recommend them🤘🤘
