Ordered an Oscar ii with OPV and Sirai to be posted to Denmark. Excellent and accurate communication received about when delivery would arrive. Plus time to deliver was very fast.
Everything arrived double boxed with loads of padding so no chance of damage to the machine. Gianni is also super helpful with any questions.
Very happy with the service and would absolutely use Elektro's again.

Eureka Mignon specialita.
I ordered the Eureka mignon specialty. Delivery was very fast. Excellent packaging.
Nothing would happen to the parcel, even if it was dropped out of the car.
Well thank you.
I changed old Mignon. The new specialty is extremely quiet and has a perfect timer. It is heavier and more stable.

Some of the best and fastest customer service ever
Very fast, precise and informative information from Elektros customerservice. I wanted to change burrs in a grinder and was informed with a few reported problems doing that. I changed my set up to and arevery happy with the advice. Internet shops around the world could probably learn a lot from Elektros!

New Eureka Mignon SILENZIO
I purchased new Eureka Mignon SILENZIO 16CR BLACK in Feb 2019. The grinded coffee is very fine and consistent and low noise. However, I observed that the below several problems.
1) The polishing of Filter holder fork is poor, and it still stuck manufacturing process's sticker, that feels not comfortable.
2) The opening/closing tab for container was made of plastic, but it looks like cheap and poor.
3) The position of sticker of the brand (Eureka) on outer grinder is deviated from centre.
For overall performance of this grinder I still love it and will recommend to my friends. But I hope the quality of outer product can be improved.
