Very pleased with the install of my new boiler (.. and tank). Based on a very old system, they did encounter a problem that resulted in a necessary change in how the system would have to be configured, Grant offered a solution and was very fair and reasonable with the uplift cost. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

It's the first time I've used Elementis, but will definitely use them again. Mine was a straight forward service of an old school boiler. Grant was in touch a few days before and on the morning of the appointment - communication was excellent.
The service went well, Grant arrived on time, took care to put on overshoes and cracked on with the service. At the end we discussed the efficiency of the boiler, He explained it was still serviceable and reliable. We discussed options and I asked for quotes on two types of boiler installation. Grant supplied these a day or two later, both very reasonable. When I'm ready to change up I'll definitely choose Elementis as the supplier and installer. Thank you.

Grant was brilliant from start to finish. We knew we needed a new boiler, but the current setup was a bit wacky - essentially had a floor standing boiler which was too powerful for the need. Grant thought outside the box how it could be future-proofed in a sane way - was able to figure out a way to cut a different position for the flue and have a wall-hung boiler in a tight space… even though it cost more in labour, because of the need to reconfigure everything, it was probably the same price as having to replace like for like given the floor stander was far more expensive than a right-sized wall hung boiler.

The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently over a couple of days.

Grant was also very patient in answering all my dumb questions too…

Grant sent a text with an arrival time. Arrived with his fellow engineer. fully explained how they intended to tackle the job of fitting a new heat only gas boiler. Tested the integrity of our whole gas system for leaks, then laid dust sheets in the working areas and proceeded to do the job. Produced very neat pipework even in the loft where it will never be seen. Flushed out the system refilled and then checked the satisfactory operation of all equipment. Tested the boiler and gave us a printout of the results. Explained the boiler controls which are so easy on an Ideal boiler. Cleared everything away, you would never know they had been so tidy. After two days got gas safety certificate by email. all good. Would thoroughly recommend this company for there pricing, communication and tidy work.
