Arrogant Louise
Louise the sales & office manager gives the company a bad reputation by being hard noised short and obtuse with customers, she's is a sales and office mgn but screens calls for customer service refusing to allow customers to have access to the customer service team and instead objects them to her pushy forceful ways, she's arrogant and won't even listen to customers not a good impression.
She has the attitude of its my way or the highway a real disappointment for an individual to give a company a bad name because of their own poor attitude.

Should have been delivered next day
As it has not been delivered till 3rd November I gave a ring to customer service they were supposed to ring me back with an update
As there was no phone call rang them again at 16.30
Then informed me that delivery will be done next Monday
If you are in a hurry to finish your project look somewhere else.

Could not register as a guest as county region not listed on compulsory poke point.
Could not pay on line for item as PayPal and debit card poke points locked out. So needed to phone and arrange an email link which succeeded.

£30 delivery to NI?!
At first glance the range is great & good prices, but £30 delivery to NI for a small thermostat is a bit steep! Box couldn’t be much more than 30x30x15cm. Royal Mail would charge about £5 - why can’t we get the free delivery advertised?
