BE AWARE The seller sells obsolete items.

The seller sells obsolete items.
She sold an obsolete mattres which doesnt fit current model. She doesnt indicate that the mnattress is for the olf model which is non-existent.
And following receipt of item, she refused refund

Beware!! I was sold an obsolete item and seller refused refund

I ordered a mattress which was sold for a bed which is no longer manufactured and has been replaced by a new model. The new model requires a different mattress size. Before delivery I had enquired why they were not selling the bed and had no response.
The seller is refusing refund. I have filed a complaint with PAYPAL for resolution. Case ID: PP-R-JYC-589154983

Scam

It's been a month since I purchased from the website and I received nothing and they didn't respond to my email. I bought so many items and I have made plans on sending these as Christmas Gifts. I want to ask for a refund but there is no reply.

Order if you don't mind defects

Nice products at a discount, which should have maybe been a red flag. I ordered two sleep sacs as a gift. One was not as pictured and the other was defective. I got them on sale but there was no indication that they were defective. I've emailed their customer service twice over a two week period, politely asking for store credit since shipping cost $43. No response - seems to be their MO. Everything came in a reasonable time and packaged well, they just seem like jerks. Order if you don't care too much about what you get!

Absolutely unprofessional costumer service. I’ve order pair of baby harness which I never received, contact costumer service guy called Eddy claiming he is one of the owners replay and after month and months sending mails back and forth, he said my item it’s been delivered to different address and he is not able to to anything about it. I end up without my item and without my money. Discussing

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering…

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering after reading the Trustpilot reviews but I contacted the shop and felt a reassured and I ended up placing an quite large order with them as I found that the selection of brands and toys, as well as the prices were unmatched compared to any Danish website I could find!

The expedition of the order was slightly longer (5-6 days) than I’m used to when shopping online but the communication with the owner was great throughout and to be fair, I mostly do my online shopping from Danish websites.

I ordered on February 6th and received my order today, 11 days later. Everything was nicely and securely wrapped and I’m very happy with the overall experience!

Can definitely recommend the shop and will be coming back!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received my order! I tried to contact them they sent me a tracking number which it says it’s not even in the system! I tried to contact them again and they just ignore me! I left a negative comment on Instagram and they deleted it but not answer to my email or Instagram message! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First time shopper

First time ordering from Elenfhant and I must say I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. That being said, people tend to write about negative experiences more often than positive ones. Anyway, our order arrived safely and quicker than expected. It was wrapped beautifully and there was nothing missing. The shipping charges were also very reasonable. It's been difficult to get a hold of European branded toys recently (thanks brexit) and Elenfhant are one of the companies still shipping to the uk which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for a positive shopping experience

I bought from this e shop. However, when I returned the item and asked for a refund, they ignored my letters and did not return the money. Never buy here if you don’t want to lose your money.

AWFUL AND DISHONEST

AWFUL AND DISHONEST Sent only 6 out of 9 items ordered. I asked for them to either send the missing items or refund them. Ignoring my emails / IG messages and 6 weeks later asking me to return all the items at my own expense (£20 shipping) when they were Christmas gifts which I no longer have.

EDIT - Well, this review prompted a 12 minutes phone call from a very aggressive and rude man. I saw the Netherlands number so knew it was them and thought they were calling to apologise for not replying to my messages and find a solution. He said I was lying that they had sent the full order and kept cutting me off. He said they had a photo of my order (which they could have easily recreated). I know the items were missing. I checked the parcel twice, took everything out and broke the box down. The phone call left me in tears and shaking. Awful company. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent product and service

I ordered some lights and sent a direct message to the owner "Petra" on instagram asking when they would be shipped. She responded and said she had just been to the post office to ship them, I then received the track & trace number, this was on Saturday 12th December and I received them on Wednesday 16th December and they were wrapped beautifully. Excellent service being that they were shipped from the Netherlands and I am in the UK. Would highly recommend.

Terrible

Terrible, terrible customer service. I purchased a doll for my child's birthday on May 2 and did not receive it until the first week of August! I emailed the owner many times to ask where my doll was and she had no idea. She blamed it on COVID-19, but that makes no sense. All my other mail has been arriving just fine. After I had my bank stop payment in July because it seemed that it was never going to arrive, she had no idea where it was, and she was refusing to refund me, she accused me of committing a crime. I paid for the doll in full but would not wish this store or owner on anyone. Awful experience. Stay away.

Do not buy from this website

TL;DR: Do not buy from this website.

This store has a beautiful selection of children's products. I bought a few toys from this site including a Large Grimm's Rainbow. When the product arrived, I noticed some major defects including splinters and holes - completely unsafe for children. I wrote to the store with photos of the defects attached as soon as I got the items and checked them, and after a number of back and forth emails which took a long time, the owner claims that these are "natural markings" on the wood. I'm not sure which person would agree that splinters and holes in children's toys would qualify as natural markings, and let alone be sold as children's toys!

I'm absolutely disappointed as I really want to support independent businesses. However, this site is not trustworthy, and suggest finding an alternative.
