"I had a really bad experience with Elephant Insurance and canceled after just one month. I originally signed up for a policy quoted at $465.20, but they ended up charging me $530—already a red flag. Worse, their customer service was awful. It took four separate calls to finally get written/email confirmation of my cancellation. They were unresponsive and unhelpful every time. I wouldn't recommend Elephant to anyone looking for reliable auto insurance."

Early 2000 prices
The convenience of the whole process being on line was refreshing. The process was faster than I've experienced. The best part was the savings that I received.

They didn't call me and try to get me to get anything that I didn't need,they let me decide what I needed on my policy and I really like that.

I've been with elephant for many years
DecI've been with elephant for many years, almost 10 years.I had one accident added those ten to years they raise my renewal, to over $600. I advise anybody never never to go with this insurance company. I found insurance under $300 for the same coverage that I had with the elephant. 4 over 10 years Then they gonna send me an email saying.I owe them $34 because I had cancel
.My policy with the elephant now ain't that some never go with this company

Total bait and switch... should be illegal. Filled out the form and was offered a great price, but then at the end, of course, the price changed. The quote was ridiculous... a waste of time and they're total scammers. They are just like the rest suck Americans dry
