YOU CAN ORDER USING INTERNATIONAL LANGUEAGE AND ALL IS VERY EASY AND INTUITIVE

I opened Google Search results on Android and during checkout had some issue as the website had opened in some kind of Search Results Browser. Support via chat was available in English and helpful.

The issue was sorted after opening the website in an actual browser. I was most pleased to find out that my account had been created, my Basket and details stored, and from there payment could be completed. The Elettronew website designer gets 5 out of 5.

Good communication on how the order was handled. All arrived well within reasonable time.

This is an edited review. I ordered and paid for a 50lt electric water heater which did not function. It was fitted properly by a registered person. When I contacted customer services I was asked to send certificate of the tradesman that installed it. There was nothing in the installation manual that prescribed this. Also, the appliance came fitted with a european plug which for this item, is illegal in France ( this is stated in the manual). The customer service initially refused to accept a return or refund my money quoting small print from the terms and conditions. I have since discovered that the thermostat was switched off. (Again, the manual states that the thermostat was factory set). I had to pay an electrician to come out on 26th December to simply remove the plastic cover and switch the thermostat on. The manual forbade my removing the cover as it would invalidate the guarantee. Further contact by the company concerned at the poor review resulted in a payment of 60 euros as a gesture of good faith if I changed the review. Their defense position was that the misinformation in the manual was the responsibility of the manufacturer. I still believe that I had a contract with Elettronew, not Atlanta. Elettronew should understand its obligations are more than just selling a product. The product is functioning and I am satisfied with the purchase.

Questa è una recensione modificata. Ho ordinato e pagato uno scaldabagno elettrico da 50lt che non funzionava. È stato montato correttamente da una persona registrata. Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato chiesto di inviare il certificato del commerciante che l'ha installato. Non c'era nulla nel manuale di installazione che lo prescrivesse. Inoltre, l'apparecchio è dotato di una spina europea illegale in Francia (questo è indicato nel manuale). Il servizio clienti inizialmente ha rifiutato di accettare un reso o di rimborsare i miei soldi citando caratteri piccoli dai termini e condizioni. Da allora ho scoperto che il termostato era spento. (Ancora una volta, il manuale afferma che il termostato era impostato in fabbrica). Ho dovuto pagare un elettricista per uscire il 26 dicembre per rimuovere semplicemente il coperchio di plastica e accendere il termostato. Il manuale mi vietava di rimuovere il coperchio in quanto invaliderebbe la garanzia. Un ulteriore contatto da parte dell'azienda interessata alla recensione scadente ha comportato un pagamento di 60 euro come gesto di buona fede se avessi modificato la recensione. La loro posizione di difesa era che la disinformazione nel manuale era responsabilità del produttore. Credo ancora di avere un contratto con l'Elettronew, non con l'Atlanta. Elettronew dovrebbe capire che i suoi obblighi sono più che la semplice vendita di un prodotto. Il prodotto è funzionante e sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

It is a fake company. The company will not accept any gurantee claims. They do not have the products available, they try to sell in their home page. Find another company to supply your A/C equipment.
- The worst experience!

It seems the business model of Elettronew is so sell damaged goods and hope that people do not report the damage within 72h so that Elettronew doesn't accept any liability. I ordered a Panasonic airco, it was delivered with severe damage the first time. After many emails and pictures proving the damage, it was partly resend and delivered a second time damaged again (clearly visible in the delivery van!). This costed me much time (over 20 emails and 20 pictures), 2 weeks delay wherein my heating costs became €145 per day instead of €29 per day with the airco. My total costs are 5 hours and €1624, Elettronew offers me 30€ compensation!

This was my third purchase and the service is delivery are first rate.
