Very professional team
First of all, I would like to thank Elettronew team. When placing my order, payment was done but order was not finished (some webpage bug or my fault). However, Elettronew team answered my email with request to help very quickly and proceeded my order. In couple of days, I had all ordered goods at home with notification of each order status (packed, shipped …). Elettronew team is very professional with my recommendation to anyone.

Warning from buying material from this…
Warning from buying material from this Company.
Our BIG Client recomended them to buy Wire. The wire was delivered with no labels or markings and damaged (roughness, cuts, abrasions). I made a official Complain a week after receiving (we dont use straith away our material) and the rejected our claim (some kind of imaginated rule of 72 hours) The law is that i can return any material in 14 days from receive. But they do not respect no argument. I asume that this kind of behaviour will let them to quick failure. From our company we blocked this "cOMPANY" from any buisness. All WATCH OUT FOR THEM!!.

Some companies like ours accept a dozen or so couriers with dozens of parcels a day and it often happens that 72 hours to unpack and additionally check something is impossible in such a short time. The supplier is obliged to deliver a fully functional product because we paid for it. And the second thing is how customers are treated by blaming them for something they are not guilty of and yet they pay a high price for it. Ms. Barbara Fazzari, who is handling our case, even claims that we have not sent any complaint... Values not worthy of a self-respecting company in our case.

Our terms and conditions of sale (no imaginary rules, but clear terms on our website) stipulate that a complaint about the critical condition of a product must be sent to us within 72 hours of receiving it. 72 hours is more than enough time to take a look at the product and see what condition it is in. If you had gone to a physical shop, would you have checked the product immediately? And not after a week? Of course you would! Therefore, we categorically reject your assessment, and we feel deeply negatively affected by your prediction of a quick failure for our company. We have thousands of positive reviews, our customers, old and new, always recognise us - first and foremost - for our intellectual honesty, which means not being afraid to admit one's own mistake and to rectify it. This was not possible with you, because there was no mistake on our part. If you had contacted us within 72 hours, we would certainly have granted you a replacement or a full refund. Finally, the most important thing: you are not doing a good service to those who read us, by misleading, with your words, people who want to approach our business.

Poor after-sales support - inappropriate business model for their product line
I will never use them again.
I ordered a FAAC 402 gate motor kit in April 2022. I checked it quickly at the time but did not open the plastic bags of small parts. I only had a chance to do the installation recently and found some small (but essential) parts missing. The response of Ellettronew was that it is now outside the 72 hours and so too late for them to help me because "they cannot be sure that parts were missing at the time". The only solution they would have offered is to replace the entire kit (kit is over 10kg so very bad solution environmentally compared to a few g for parts). For their product lines (big, heavy, complex) they should be able to manage parts. I am also unhappy with FAAC for supplying a kit with missing parts - most companies manage to avoid that these days.
