Friendly and helpful staff. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived without any issues, and even had a friendly note which made it feel more personal.

A fantastic business never too busy to answer queries by phone or in person, a great selection of modular gear at reasonable prices, everything ive ordered from the website has arrived the next day.

I've purchased a number of items from Elevator Sound and they have always been great about shipping and keeping me informed about any delays etc. With my last order I had to return an item which was faulty and I have to say that the customer support experience was outstanding! The store manager Benjamin was really quick to respond and deal with the return.

It's quality service and the personal touch that keeps you coming back to a business, something I expect to be doing for a long time to come.

Lovely store to visit! I used to live in Bristol and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The website is also extremely useful for those getting into modular/looking to buy modular, very well organised good categorisation!

I've now had several interactions with Hamish and Elevatorsound, necessitating a review. He really has gone above and beyond as a vendor/business to parse what I'm trying to achieve with my setup and spent time responding to each of my increasingly mis-informed email requests with a clear-eyed knowledge of the (at times nebulous) world of modular. The shop prices are objectively competitive with other outlets in the same sort of arena, but you should always support these types and I've recently spent a little bit more with Hamish than i might at DV247; because DV247 are Bad and Not Good and have awful, disingenuous or entirely absent customer service. Speaking from very recent (and apparently quite bitter) experience!
In other news, Elevatorsound regularly surprise me with how quickly stuff arrives! I ordered yesterday from Bristol it arrives in West Sussex the next day. Some may see Elevatorsound, therefore, as a contributing factor to GAS. They'd probably be right.

I can't recommend these guys enough, I had a preorder with them for the best part of a year, absolutely no fault of theirs, the supplier has fallen off the map, but they've consistently kept me up to date, fought my corner to try and resolve, and generally been gentleman about the whole thing. Always got the feeling that my interests were at the heart of it and that they weren't just trying to keep my cash. Finally gave up with waiting for the supplier and they gave great advice on an alternative and got it to me in a heartbeat.

Hamish, James and Ben are exactly the people you want to deal with when shopping online and made the experience feel like I was walking in and welcomed into a real store.

Will absolutely be coming back and anyone reading will do well to do the same. Thanks guys
