Great service, I ordered my modules, one of the guys emailed me to confirm everything and they arrived fast.

A total joy to order from. Outstanding customer service, responsive to emails, really (in my experience, including of eurorack module problems / exchanges) go the extra mile. I rate elevator. Would order from them by preference, even if they weren’t consistently nailing the best prices anyhows. Have seriously been tempted to drive down for a visit from York.

The item I ordered and paid for them turned out to be out of stock- very disappointing. But then the company pulled out all the stops to make sure that I was happy with a replacement purchase. I'd recommend them!

As a new producer of electronic sounds i have in all honesty not felt sold to in any way, its all about my needs, which, is the help i was after, and the opportunity to talk to and meet so many people is unique and way better than this web thing every day ........

Helpful staff, good prices and great customer service. Marco and James know their stuff and are more than happy to let customers jam away on the gear in the shop or simply have a chat. A very open attitude in what can sometimes be a very elitist hobby.
