Terrible / non existent Customer Service. Package sent incomplete due to inventory mistake and shipping took triple the amount of time promised
Made a big purchase and paid an extra $50 for 1-2 day "Express Shipping". I've tried contacting customer service almost every day since I made the order and they have never replied. One of the items I bought was not shipped and 4 days later I received an email saying they had inventory issues and could not fulfill the order.
Customer service has completely ignored me for a week now.
I've always been a big fan of Venus and was very excited about this purchase to finally try out her brand, but this has been the worst online shopping experience I've had.
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BRAND.
