once you need support, you're left on your own.

My first few orders went smoothly – great products and fast delivery.

However, since my last order, I’ve been trying to reach customer service without success. One time I received the wrong product, and another time I wanted to know the ingredients and quantity of the "180 syrup" – unfortunately, the packaging provides no information about contents, allergens, or volume.

Despite multiple attempts in different languages, I never received a reply.

Conclusion: Everything is great as long as there are no issues – but once you need support, you're left on your own.

Reviewing after a few months...

It's been a few month of ordering on Eleven THC and it has always like always been smooth. Products are great delivery times are great. So far never had to use their CS, so no complains only praises.
