Scam , and PayPal are letting them get away with it , they send PayPal bogus “proof of delivery” which seems to be enough for PayPal to close the case

This is definitely a scam

This is definitely a scam. I have been naive enough to follow the link from fb and placed an order on 2 Jan. Nothing. Yesterday they sent me email that I need to pay for shipping again if I want the boots as apparently they have been returned to China.
I have raised a dispute via pay pal hoping to get a refund.

Well

Well, I contacted fraud people and put a complaint in via PayPal. It took a lot of e mails back and forth but I eventually got my boots this morning 🙂. Can't believe it

Exaggerated 4 star but truthful review

Based on the other reviews you would think this is a scam company. I do not for one second believe this is a scam website but the website is clearly a front for a Chinese business and it does take a long time for products (even more so during COVID times) to reach the UK and pass through customs. All this takes time and customers have to be patient when getting bargains in my opinion. As for product quality I’d say you get what you pay for. I ordered boots in mid January in preparation for Valentine’s Day. My order only arrived today. The extra few weeks delay was due to a fault with the address details so they had to locate and resend my order. I waited patiently and they have arrived and I’m pleased with the boots I ordered. I agree with others that email communication is basic but again it’s a Chinese business so can’t expect too much. Find a UK business and pay more or stick with the Chinese and be patient is how I see it. Hope this helps give a realistic review for those doubting and anyone not received anything I suggest you send an email to them with your order number. Thanks

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. I ordered my boots on 4th Jan and they arrived on the 17th Feb. But I haven’t even had a chance to wear them as the hook for the laces at the bottom of the boot has come off. I emailed them and also sent photographs of the fault and they have said all they can offer me is 3 dollars as compensation. Absolutely disgusting company do not use

Awful company with even worse communication.

AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!

AVOID!!!! Should be 0 stars, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. Ordered boots 3 Jan, never received. Emailed them, they said they were on the way. Started paypal dispute, only then did they give tracking number, which showed they were delivered but after contacting Royal Mail, they told me the delivery address did not match mine. Paypal closed the dispute in their favour but I kept fighting, got proof from Royal Mail and eventually got my refund!!

Avoid this company

Ordered 1 pair of boots in December and still not received my order. On the site they show 7 days delivery.I have emailed and asked for a full refund, and no refund, they insist that order is on way to me. My boots have not arrived. Looks like I've been scammed. A terrible company.

MASSIVE SCAM. AVOID.

This company took my money, sent an 'item' to an address located close to my address (to have 'proof of delivery'), but instead of sending the purchase, the item they sent was 258g in weight (akin to a letter) rather than my purchase (3xpairs of boots = 4500g). I've been through the mill with PayPal and can't actually believe that 1. PayPal allow them as a trader on their platform given all the negative reviews and dispute claims raised and 2. that Paypal rules mean this company have utilised a loophole that means they can have a case settled by simply providing a tracking reference that shows that the item was delivered (despite the delivery address and weight of item differing from the purchase details). I urge the following:
*if you have not yet purchased from this company: DO NOT. IT IS A SCAM
*If you have purchased - don't wait about thinking that your order is on it's way. It ISNT! Get a dispute raised with PayPal or your bank IMMEDIATELY. Keep fighting for your refund. Especially important if you didn't pay via PayPal as these SCAMMERS now have you bank details. Be Careful!
*If you can, liaise with your local Royal Mail office to confirm proof that the delivery address provided by the Scammer was not your address.
Lastly, take these actions:
*Report the Elfmemory / Elmemory_uk fb page to Facebook as a scam page
*Join me and others on the FB group called 'Elfmemory_uk are SCAMMERS' so that you can share your experience and warn others.

WOULD NOT TOUCH WITH BARGEPOLE

I am still trying to find out where my Boots are that were ordered 5 weeks ago. Tracking number not found after weeks of asking for the tracking number. Excuse after excuse. PayPal case taken up so hope to get a refund ASAP. I wouldn't buy anything at all from this site as it cannot be trusted. PayPal have found in favour of this scam company because they have provided them with false proof of delivery. I never received these boots and PayPal are aware this company are scamming people so the fight continues to get my money back.
