Awful quality, no reply to refund request

The goods took a long time to arrive after being given incorrect tracking information, when they did arrive they were very poor quality, fake leather, no zip and minimal fleece lining, no fur at all. I was offered £5 refund, when I said I wanted a full refund they suddenly stopped replying to my emails.

Feel so stupid as still waiting for…

Feel so stupid as still waiting for boots I ordered early January. Companies like these should not be allowed. However they have answered emails but again like others have said they say ‘It is on it’s way’.
Where are they delivering from? China?

BEWARE

Order placed for boots without checking here first.
4 weeks gone by, customer service email saying not to worry- order on way.
But still no sign of boots or tracking number. I’d like the boots, or a refund. I suspect neither are on their way.
PayPal not interested in helping. This is a total Scam I think/ BEWARE.

DO NOT USE ELFMEMORY

Bought two jackets, the quality is that of lining material and are too small. Tried to return them for a refund but I have been told they do not support refund or exchange and hope that I understand. Well I don’t! Totally shocked, this cannot be legally or morally right.
BEWARE. LEARN from my MISTAKE

ELFMEMORY scam??

Scam. Ordered boots. Still not received a tracking reference after 2 weeks.

Do not use these fraudsters.

Almost a month and still no tracking reference

UPDATE. After a month of chasing a tracking reference and being advised that the boots had been despatched; I now have a tracking number. (Which doesn’t work at the moment)

Put the tracking ref into an app and the boots have been ‘leaving China’ for a month. When ordering I do not remember seeing anything advising country of origin. The quality advertised suggested that these boots are a premium product. This remains to be seen. Not sure why Sam Tovey got better service than everyone else. (See great review).

Customer service was non existent. Will be escalating a case through PayPal. DO NOT buy from these scammers!!!
