The first Two did not work.
The first Two did not work.
The first one would not turn on, the display did not even illuminate, the fan ran for 5 seconds as it was supposed to do but the hod would not turn on.
Eventually I managed to get Appliances Direct to send a replacement but initially they instructed me to contact DR Kitchens the importer. The replacement would not work it just gave error codes that wasn’t in the manual as they don’t put the codes in the troubleshooting guide it just directs you to call customer service.
After another call to Appliances Direct they immediately arranged another replacement this was done as a swap when the replacement was delivered.
If any has issues with a product that doesn’t work then I suggest that you know your rights and insist a replacement Swap and dismiss any repair.
I did contact DR Kitchens as instructed by Appliances Direct and filled out a form for the faulty appliance, but as I would need to wait over a week for an engineer and the hob was new I insisted that the hob was replaced as Appliances Direct wanted to collect the faulty one and have it inspected and repaired if possible but that would leave me without a cooking appliance so I insisted on a replacement and the replacement also did not work and again it was going to be over another week before an engineer could attend for an inspection so appliance’s direct sent me a third hob that did actually work. So you were contacted about the first and second faulty appliance.

Purchased an Elica snap air purifier 3…
Purchased an Elica snap air purifier 3 and half years ago packed up after 2 years now out of warranty paid over £150 to get it working now stopped working after 18 months contacted Elica uk DR Kitchen appliance not interested gave me a firm who could help NAC they won’t touch it I’ve got a purifier that doesn’t work and spent over £600 not fit for purpose

The LHOV is great.
It’s not the easiest to work with though, but once you figure it out, cooking is almost like cheating.

I ordered the Nikola Tesla Flame gas…
I ordered the Nikola Tesla Flame gas hob at the end of August. It finally arrived in January. Communication from the company was non existent and I had to keep phoning the supplier who was unable to give me any reliable updates.

Love my Tesla Flame hob but
Love my Tesla Flame hob even though we had to have it repaired a handful of times and having to wait for a gas qualified engineer BUT the Elica snap was a total waste of money. Never worked with the app ( now discontinued ) incredibly noisy and well not fit for purpose. Would give the hob 5 stars even with the issues but the snap nil points.

Great design, and it functions perfect. One remark for improvement: the wifi connection is not always stable (and the constant light on should be switched off).

Frustrating experience
Mr. Travis from Elica Customer Service has been completely useless. After 10 days of discussion, he was not able to book an engineer visit, and we are very frustrated. I hope other managers are more helpful than him to organise a visit and solve the problem.

Nikolatesla 60 cm purchased 2 years…
Nikolatesla 60 cm purchased 2 years ago. At the beginning of December, during the carbon filter regeneration in the oven, carried out strictly according to your instructions, the filters burned and melted. Customer service refused replacement as "not under warranty".
Disappointing for a manufacturer-recommended maintenance operation.
