I believe the sign of a good company is how they deal with problems... After placing my order I quickly received a personal email informing me that an issue regarding supplier production meant my order would be delayed. After being offered an alternative I opted to wait for the supply of my original order and was regularly updated on the situation. The customer service was truly exceptional and greatly appreciated.

Good juice, good customer service
EDIT: I left an unfair review due to delivery times, not Eliquid Emporium's fault, Mark was quick to reply to advise that Royal Mail issues have caused delays. The juice has arrived and is good, and happy with swift, detailed response as to my concerns. Recommended supplier, hopefully Royal Mail will have sorted out their act before too long!

Thanks Jake, i understand the frustration, believe me i do. We send everybody's items with good faith, what happens after they leave us is beyond our control. We put our faith in the delivery operator and 9.8/10 it goes as it should do but right now is different, many things are going missing then appearing as much as 3 weeks later.
This also happened to a guaranteed next day item i sent to an offline customer who paid over £7 for the service. Also a whole batch of orders disappeared, after 10 days we replaced everyone's orders at our expense, 8 days later the whole batch appeared and were delivered meaning everyone got a free order as Royal mail have now declined our lost item claims. Any bad feedback we are seeing is all to do with delivery, which is fine but customers are directing the frustration at us and the reality is we don't deliver the items nor can we use another provider at anywhere near the same rates.
I'm confident that at some point the item will get to you i just can't say when unfortunately.
