Hi Toby, it's interesting for us to see that every single one of our negative comments is always about delivery, i would wager that no one then goes to royal mail to complain.
Regarding your comments, it's also interesting that you never said any of these things to me on the phone earlier, when i explained these facts:
1. You ordered late on August 25TH.
2. We set a cart notice around 2.30pm that day to explain there would be no order despatches until September 6th as we were away on leave from the 26th to the 5th (usually we can get cover but unfortunately the guy who helps us was ill, hence the cart notice).
3. You missed the cart notice.
4. We sent your items on the 6th.
5. You paid for 2nd class.
6. Hopefully Royal mail will get them to you tomorrow.
Lastly, regarding "the company lied" ........about what exactly? and...."never sent them out" ......i gave you your delivery confirmation number from RM.
Seriously, if a customer is this narked about an order i would much rather them get on the phone and have a rant than leave false statements on a website.

Please let us know if it hasn't arrived ny lunch time tomorrow and we will send another. Actually, as you have not made contact via phone or email we should check that your address is correct as it looks quite incomplete on the order form, there is no road name or anything so perhaps this is why you haven't received it. Please email us the full address and we will review it tomorrow.
