Bad Management

I ordered one sistem from them.
I paid all in advance.
I have wires on the floor in my attick and the papers are not ready after one month from instalation. The team who was responsible of mountage told me that the invertor display must be replaced because is damaged. Again, nothing. I am really very concern about seriousity of the teams who work with this company and also about seriousity of this company because they do not provide that display. Everybody blame somebody and I am with my investment on the air. At the begining they call, emailed, bla bla bla I got all their attention and after paying, they are looking in another direction! Pfff.
