Great workspace

Initially we were skeptical moving to another telecoms provider as we had been stung badly by our previous telecom provider. Ravi from elite has surpassed our expectations and delivered a fantastic upgrade to our telephone system which has now made our daily working life but more simple and efficient. The engineers had us set up within an hour and showed us how to access our online billing platform and our own dashboard to monitor our progress and productivity.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We are a small, family-run business that works extremely hard to support each other, and yet we have been put in a horrible situation because we trusted the wrong people.

Elite Comms promised that all termination costs and the switch from our previous provider would be fully handled. This was completely false. We are now stuck with a huge termination fee and even a legal case, all because of their broken promises.

To make matters worse, they are now trying to shift the blame, claiming we “didn’t give them correct information” about our old contract. This is outrageous. They personally reviewed our previous contract and invoices before quoting a new deal. They even emailed both us and our old supplier to negotiate the termination fee—so they were fully aware it existed. Yet now they deny all responsibility.

Communication with Elite Comms has been nonexistent. Calls and messages go unanswered, staff make excuses, and accountability is completely absent. They committed in writing to cover fees we couldn’t afford—and now they are denying it.

Do not use this company. They will lie, break promises, and make your life hell. Trusting them has been stressful, financially damaging, and completely avoidable.

Great system and service. Rav has been a great help in providing us with and upgraded system and reducing our monthly costs. Would highly recommend.
