The service was great, from my first interaction online, to a visit to the showroom, culminating in the installation in our kitchen. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

Really good customer service - responsive and informed on the website, then a personal email address available after order. There were lots of special requests I needed which were all met easily. And they even provided a giant bow as it was a present. Also an excellent delivery and installing service. Exceptional.

The product is great but delivery info needs better communication between Elite and Bishops Gate.
The Elite email said delivery would be after 8am. I was woken (along with my neighbour) at 6.45am by BG.
Hence 4 stars instead of 5

Before you buy , call and confirm if item is in stock, otherwise you will pay and following day you will get a email stating its out of stock , after you will have to chase them as they wont give you any updates. we had to wait nearly four weeks.

The team were great to deal with, guiding us through selecting the best option for our needs.
Delivery was swiftly arranged and the delivery team were super.
Our cooler is now up and running with the contents in a much better place.

The commercial team was good at advising which product to order and was then also very helpful until the full delivery of the order, providing support and being very reactive to my questions and issues. Finally, they are using a very good delivery company, that will get the job well done even if the delivery is more complex than expected.

Very accommodating to my specific requirements. There are so many variations to wine coolers, the shelf sizes, bottle type and size, temp ranges, lighting etc....be sure to talk to the team about your specific needs, they have a great range of products and will advise you accordingly.
